Oroku Junmai Daiginjo-Iiu - Unfiltered Nama-shu Although it is a H11BY, the aging aroma is very modest. It just has a beautifully round taste. Is it because of the way it was aged well or because it is an Ohroku? I enjoyed it warmed. As expected of Ohroku, we are very impressed!

KURO-EMON XVI Yamahai Junmai Genzake The current name is Kuroemon XVI. We had this at a meeting of aged sake at Jizakeya Kodama. I didn't expect to be able to drink Jugodai! It is a Yamahai pure rice sake with a solid base, so it has withstood the 12 years of aging and matured nicely. It tastes great warmed up. #Kurouemon XVI #JugendaiKuroemon ★★★★

Asahi Nikkou Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyoroshi The standing aroma is mild. But it has a unique taste. It does not have a mature taste. Is it a taste peculiar to the brewery or a characteristic of the brewery? I would like to drink other sake to confirm. It is better heated than chilled. #The Rising Sun ★★★⭐︎(when heated)

Ten Asahi Nikkohi Yeast Mutenka Ikashi Hashiroshi Fire Iririki Nazake 2018BY It is a 19% sake, but it is matured and rounded. It has a deep flavor and a good sharpness, probably because it is a yeast additive-free sake. This sake is also delicious with spice curry. It's a great sake~~~. The #10 Rising Sun ★★★★★

Nagareki -Nama Hashiroshi, one time fire-working Melissa- (Japanese only) This is the first time for Ryuki to make a sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. The aroma and the hint of aroma are both very moderate. It has a soft taste and is very good. It is a nice food sake that goes well with a wide range of dishes. Personally, I would like a little more acidity. ★★★★
