Well, I was thinking that even Sogen hasn't been drinking Ishikawa-mon. It has a strong and mellow flavor that is typical of Sogen. It's hard to choose one over the other, but I bought a bottle of Winter Moon that I had a good impression of after tasting it 😁. It's been a long time since I've had Fuyutsuki!

Junmai Shiboritate has been a long time coming! The four-pack sold out instantly 😳. I have the impression that it is much more robust than Junmai Ginjo of the same strength. I've read reviews in the past that it felt spicy, but I guess they probably thought the alcohol was spicy 🤔. This time I felt it was quite sweet. I like this kind of thing a lot these days 😌. I wonder if the hiyayogoshi we drank the other day was the one that was left to heat through the fire and then laid down to rest.

Followed by a grand ceremony The previous tasting was of a traditional sake called "Namahashiro", but this is a regular special pure rice sake. Slightly sweet but not too sweet. A good combination of modern and classic. I got the impression that it is a very drinkable sake. I also had a bottle of the dry draft sake that I drank at the Mystery Chi-Ya when I went to the corner bar, and it was just as good as ever! It was just as delicious as ever!

I went to the Ikoma Sake Shop on my way home from work and was able to drink some of the sake they served at the Sunday tasting! I couldn't make it on Sunday, so I was very grateful 🙏. Sake from the Japan Famous Sake Club's hanpukai! Sake from the Japan Meimon Sake Club's hanpukai. Muscat and grape like atmosphere. The guy at the store said it tastes unlike Kamoizumi, but maybe all Kamoizumi I've had tastes like Kamoizumi 🤔.

I bought it after drinking it at the Icoma tasting. The guy at the store was lamenting that they hadn't sold a single bottle since it arrived at the time I bought it😅. It's just my personal thought, but I wonder if the name "Yamazaru" makes people think it's dry and it doesn't sell well 🤔. I think 🤔. I myself avoided Yamazaru at first 💦. The initial aroma is sweet like honey. It is gorgeous, fruity, and slightly sweet. It feels refreshing at first, but the sweetness comes in at the end. It was just as good as when I tasted it 😋. I thought it might be 1801 yeast, but it seems to be our own yeast called NK yeast.

Purchased at Ikoma Sake Shop with Jinya It is said to be Nakakumi though it is not written. The acidity is impressive. When it's cold, it has a strong alcoholic taste and it feels spicy, but when it's near room temperature, it has a sweet and fruity taste. The second half of the bottle is quite strong. It might be good to drink it on the rocks. It's definitely better than when I ordered it a few years ago! They must be improving the quality of their sake 🤔. They are going to have a tasting on New Year's Eve and the brewer will be there so I'm looking forward to it 😆.

Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop It seems to be a new brand handled by the wholesaler, so they took it as a trial. They let me try it and it was really good and they only had one bottle of 4gos in stock so I bought it immediately 😁. I've had a bottle of Seishiki Soma before, but this is my first bottle of Jinya. After opening the bottle, I stirred the lees and it started to gush out 💦. Schwashy and silky. It's not labeled as nigori, but it's so deliciously nigori that it could just as well be nigori sake 🥳. I think it's as good as Sentori Yukidaruma or Hirotogawa nigori 🤔. (Just my opinion) It's so good, it's bad!

Good evening bouken🍶. I knew you would buy this one 😊. I don't know if this is related, but I laughed the other day when Icoma-san said, "If it's a sake that weakens quickly even if it's a sake made from a traditional sake yeast stock, then there's no point in making a sake from a traditional yeast stock" 😂.

It seems to be the first new sake since the earthquake. I had not bought it before because I was afraid of the high alcohol content, but I bought it because it was delicious after drinking it at a tasting event held by Icoma-san. There is no indication on the label, but the rice polishing ratio is written on the bottle, so I guess it is a honjozo? Unlike the image, it has a floral sweetness. It is light and easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content. This is a dangerous one because it seems to be easy to drink. It's a bit heavy, but compared to Morinori's Kami-Sen, Kansai Nama-Zume-Genshu, and Kannon-Shita, it feels lighter. It does have a certain alu-ness to it in the aftertaste, though. The sake level seems to be about -6.

The next one is the best in Honshu, which I had a good impression of when I drank at home before. It's a honjozo, but it's easy to drink with a moderate alkali taste. It has a clean and refreshing taste. I'll say it again, you can trust a brewery with a good honjozo class 😁.

Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop It has a slight, gentle sweetness and a little acidity. It's the type of sake that you don't get tired of drinking, and it's very strong in a meal. When I drank a lot of Shugetsu in the past, they were all subtle and tasteless, but I feel like the quality of sake is rapidly improving and I need to re-drink the ones I drank in the past 🤔. As the label on the back says, it has a deep taste. It tastes better a little longer after taking it out of the fridge. I want to get the freshly squeezed one too 😆.

November Tasting at Ikema Sake Shop (1) This sake was stored in the tunnel of Sanpo Dam for one summer. Heated. It has a calm taste like hiyaoroshi. It has a moderate amount of acidity and a sense of maturity, but it is easy to drink and delicious! I also had a bottle of Morinori Josen and Technique, but I'm drinking at home so I'll skip them 😅. We had guests over on Saturday and stayed up late drinking, so we were late for the tasting and had to leave in the evening💦. I couldn't try the Amber Spring because it was already gone 😥. I was curious about Hyogo Sake85 since they changed the rice to Hyogo Sake85. Sogen was a 20% alcohol-impregnated draft sake, but it was sweet and tasty, and it won my heart 😍. At first I was thinking of buying this and Hibokuizumi, but Sogen took them all away 🙄🙄.

Sake that seems to be very popular and sells out early. I couldn't buy it every year, but I was able to get it as soon as my neighbor Icoma started to carry Morinori 😊. It is made from Hyogo Yume-Nishiki rice, but it is treated as a regular sake without any description because it is made from rice outside of the standard range. Fruity and a little floral. I thought it would be heavy like Kamiyoshi, but it was surprisingly refreshing 🤔. The price is the same as the Kamisen Unfiltered Nama Sake, which is also a good sake with good cost performance.

Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop. Is it a concept like Kakogawa Terroir? The rice is Hyogo Yume Nishiki. It is slightly sweet, but has a heavy, heavy mouthfeel. The aroma through the nose is very fruity. There is a sense of nuts in the depths. The Kamisen Unfiltered Nama Sake I had a while ago was easier to drink and had a stronger impact 🤔. After a few hours, it became easier to drink as it got more comfortable or calmed down. I think I've been drinking a lot of Morinori in the short time since Icoma started carrying it 🤔. I still have a bottle of Moritake in my fridge...

Kansai Salmon Roe Bring and Share Year-End Party (6) This is the sake I brought 😌. I was confident that I wouldn't get any 😙. Junmai Daiginjo made with Hyogo Sake85 I really wanted to bring this one or a higher grade junmai, but the sake was sold out and the other junmai was not released in time for the event 💦. I thought it would be better since almost no one else would be drinking it 😅. This time I felt it was quite fruity and light. Maybe it's the order in which I drank it? The feeling in the mouth is quite rich and gorgeous. I really wanted to drink the raw sake of this one. I think everyone would be surprised if they drank it raw.

Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop. The owner said that Yukihikoyama was the best hiyaoroshi of all the hiyaoroshi in stock this season, and there were only a few left in stock, so I bought it. It is slightly sweet, juicy, and has a withered ripeness. It has a thicker flavor than I expected. It's great on its own, but I'm sure it will also work well in a meal. Well, I had a good impression of it when I tasted it two years ago. The spiciness and nuttiness become a little stronger as the temperature rises, so I recommend drinking it cold.

As usual, this one was purchased at Ikoma Sake Shop. It is rare to find an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that is not a honjozo. It is fresh and rich, but easy to drink. It is 20 degrees, so be careful, but the taste is too good for 1000 yen! Moderate sweetness and robust flavor. Citrus acidity can also be felt. It has a taste that is not often found in regular sake or honjozo. I heard that the price was raised to 1,200 yen from November, but I think it's still very cost-effective!

I've been drinking Snow Kayasha outside, but it's been a very long time since I've bought it. I checked and it's been 3 years since I bought it. I bought it at Icoma Sake Shop. It's fruity and a little sweet, but has a strong rice flavor. It also has a moderate ripeness and a hint of Hiyahi Oroshi. Snow Kayasha is delicious no matter what you drink.

Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop I haven't had a non-hana-yeast Kiraku since last year's Junmai Namaizu at an off-line meeting. It is fresh and has a moderate sweetness and a juicy flavor. As the official website says, it's like a grape. It also has a bit of a rummy flavor? It tastes better a little later than when it is fresh out of the fridge. I can't find any reviews on this when I search 🤔.

Sake that has been lying in bed for 8 years at Icoma. I bought it after drinking it at Stamp Bar. It has quite a matured aroma but is sweet and delicious. It is good as warmed sake or at room temperature 🤔. I thought it was a bit similar to Zuisho Kuromatsu Kenrishi, the most expensive Kenrishi. The gap from the most recent Koshinohomare 90YELLOW is amazing! There's also a kind of Western sake-like atmosphere in the mouth.

I drank once before going out for a drink and again on the way home and drank twice😅. I had it twice before going out and drinking it on the way back home 😅 Maybe it was because I drank it together with Morinori Josen Unfiltered Nama Sake and Koshinohomare 8 years old sake, both of which are very strong brews, but I was not impressed with it the first time, but the second time I thought it was pretty sweet and tasty! The second time, I thought it was quite sweet and tasty 🤔. I've already bought Kaminosen and Koshinohomare, so I'll review them soon!
