I drank once before going out for a drink and again on the way home and drank twice😅. I had it twice before going out and drinking it on the way back home 😅 Maybe it was because I drank it together with Morinori Josen Unfiltered Nama Sake and Koshinohomare 8 years old sake, both of which are very strong brews, but I was not impressed with it the first time, but the second time I thought it was pretty sweet and tasty! The second time, I thought it was quite sweet and tasty 🤔. I've already bought Kaminosen and Koshinohomare, so I'll review them soon!

It tastes like clean water and rice, but I thought it was a little twitchy. I couldn't tell at the time I drank it, but the guy at the store tasted it and said it was twitchy. I was relieved😅. It didn't taste like this when I tasted it. I saw a review that said it's like Sogen but fruity and sweet, so I'd like to try it again.

There is a bar event at a nearby restaurant before and after drinking out, so I just attended Icoma's! I think this was a summer sake. It has a strong rice flavor and a little sweetness? It had a slightly yellowish color. I tasted it twice before at a department store, but it seemed a little more peculiar than that time. Both times before, I've tasted it as "refreshing," but this time I felt it was more like a pure sake.

October Tasting at Icoma Sake Shop ④. First, it was served cold. It's so refreshing and clean! When heated up, the taste dramatically changed and became even more delicious 😳. I thought it was amazing that it tasted so good at 50% heated sake.

October Tasting at Icoma Sake Shop (3) It has a unique taste when served cold. It has a little less character than the others we drank this time. Warmed sake is easier to drink as it has less of a unique character.

Ikema Sake Shop October Tasting (2) Japan Famous Sake Association Limited Version The rice is different from the regular version. I thought it was sweeter than the Hiyoroshi for the distributors. Like a light banana? I wonder if it's the version for distributors that tastes like Motominekuru? I also drank Kihotsuru Tsumugi San and Rairaku Yamadanishiki Nama-nishiki Nama-nihonshu, but I've already reviewed Kihotsuru and purchased Rairaku, so I'll skip those... Rairaku was by far the most delicious sake at this tasting.

Mysterious sake for which no information has been found in research Purchased at Ikoma Sake Shop along with Kibotsuru I was curious about this sake since it came in during a tasting event held just before TOMO-san's offline meeting. The gasiness is modest or almost nonexistent for a Koshi sake, and the umami is strong for the rice polishing ratio. It's not too flashy, so I think it's perfect with a meal. When the temperature goes up a little, you can feel the sweetness even more. It also has a pineapple flavor.

Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop. It was ras1😳 Fresh sweetness and slight effervescence. A little bitterness at the end. Very easy to drink hiyaoroshi. I think it will be delicious whether you are a sweet or dry drinker. I wonder if the refreshing green apple and muscat-like nuance that I felt when I drank Tsumugi is characteristic of Motomine Tsuru. When it is freshly opened, it is sweet and spicy enough to be drunk by itself, but after about 3 days, it turns into a fruity dry sake that is good during meals.

Dewazuru was too disappointing, so I continued to open the bottle 😌. The ikkoku series is brewed in limited quantities (100 bottles). The barcode is the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge. Purchased at the Ikkoku tasting at the Ikoma Sake Shop just before the meeting with Tomo-san 😁. Sake made with strawberry yeast. As it says, strawberry flavor comes a lot later. The first half is quite sweet. The impact is strawberry, but I think the oshiroibana was well-balanced. I was quite confused after tasting 🤔. I wonder if this series will be released next year? I'd like to get some oscilloibana but it looks like it's sold out 😥. I think it's pretty sweet and tasty after 2 days of opening it.

It is said to be all Yamadanishiki active nigori nama sake, although it is not written on the label. Purchase it at Ikoma Sake Shop along with Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake. I had to open and close the bottle several times because it looked like it was going to spew when I opened it😅. It has a strong gas and is shrieking. It is dry with little sweetness. I felt it was the best nigori sake for eating 🤔.

Morinori started to be sold by Ikoma Sake Shop. I'm glad to be able to buy it nearby, because I thought I had to go to Kobe to buy it, as well as Rairaku. The toji (master brewer) used to work for Hakutsuru. It's a little gassy and tangy. Impressive acidity and juicy sweetness. It is a perfect balance between modern and classic. A trace of bitterness in the latter half. I don't know yet, but personally I think I prefer the freshly opened atmosphere 🤔. I think the sweetness diminishes and becomes spicier as the days pass.

Icoma Sake Shop Tasting Event (3) Celebration of new brands The taste changed dramatically after one week. It tasted like "Masa" when it was opened 😳. It tastes like a sake yeast yeast yeast, but it's easy to drink and delicious! I wonder if the taste changes similarly to the Junmai Ginjo I bought. I drank a bottle of Motomine Tsuru Hiyoroshi, which I didn't take a picture of because I was planning to buy it. Beautiful and balanced? I guess it's a basic food type. I'll post a new one after I buy it. I also drank Rairaku no Botan, Oshiroibana, and Strawberry again, and I was a bit hesitant, but I bought the first one I thought was good! The other was amazake from Yukihikosan. It was a little smoky, but sweet and delicious. I would like to have Nemuchi-san, who loves amazake, drink it! The last one was a liqueur made with peaches from Arakawa, the world's largest peach farm. And it's 100% fruit juice 😳. From the label on the back, it looks like it was made in-house. It's rich, thick, and peachy! It's like a nectar 🙂. It's like nectar 🍑, but it looks like it could be bad if you get too carried away 🤪. I'm sorry I stayed too long and arrived too late for the meeting. I'm sorry I stayed too long and arrived too late to the meeting.

Ikema Sake Shop Tasting (2) A heavy sake with a rich and thick flavor. It doesn't have a sense of maturity, but I'm not sure if I'm not good at it. I can drink Sogen if it's raw sake, but I may not like it if it's fire-aged. I've had Iori and Yamazaru in the past, and I've already posted about them, so I'll put them all together. Iori is Omachi! I thought it was even better than the last time I drank it !!! I thought so even more than the last time I drank it! As Yamazaru said at the brewer's festival that the impression of Yamazaru changes every time you drink it, it is different every time 🤔. It must be an easy drinking Yamadai, though. It might be good to try drinking it regularly.

Ikema Sake Shop Tasting (1) We went to a tasting at Icoma Sake Brewery right before the party with TOMO-san! The first one is "Yukino Kayasha The label seems to have changed from last year🤔. Fruity and gorgeous. It is hiyaoroshi but easy to drink without aging. It is supposed to be a food sake, but I think it can be drunk on its own as well. I had my doubts, but they said they had plenty in stock, so I didn't buy it this time.

The day before the Sakai Off-line Meeting, I had a chance to drink three kinds of rairaku at the Ikoma Sake Shop! Botan Junmai Nama-nama sake A little floral? It was well-balanced but lacked a little impact. It is delicious, but as the description says, it is an honor student type. Oshiroibana Junmai Nama Nama-genshu The sweet and umami flavors are quite robust and delicious. I think there is another non-hana-yeast sake from another brewery that has a similar taste 🤔. It may be a common type of sake in terms of taste Strawberry Junmai Namaizu Harusake It doesn't contain strawberry, but for some reason it has a lot of strawberry flavor. I personally prefer it to Amabuki's strawberry yeast.

New brands handled by Icoma Sake Brewery There are several breweries that claim to be the smallest in Japan, but this is truly the smallest brewery in Japan with a production of 20 koku. We have already had the newly launched brand "Kamiike" in the past, but this time we are going to try the existing brand "Hanatori Suehiro". When you open the bottle, you can hear a pshu sound, and when you drink it, it is slightly effervescent. The rice is fukunohana. The taste is exquisite, somewhere between modern and classic, and is of a high level. A versatile sake. I've never had a bad experience with Kamosho Sake Brewery so far! This is the type of sake that I would normally drink at room temperature or warmed up. It's rare to find this type of sake with a gaseous taste. It's like a classic sake with a strong rice flavor and a gaseous taste. After about a week, the classic flavor faded and a muscat-like flavor emerged.

I've looked online and can't find much about it, but I'm wondering if it's a new product. It looks rare, so I bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop. It's not super sweet, but it's fruity. It has a firm umami flavor with a touch of Omachi character. If this were a draft sake, it would be very good. I felt it changed a lot as time passed after opening. It is more fruity when just opened.

25 year old (1998) sake that I tasted in May. I was told not to post it when I drank it, but someone uploaded it on social media, so I think it's OK, so I'll post it. The aroma is matured, but there was almost no color on it. When I drank it, it had a strong sense of maturity, but it wasn't unpleasant. I wonder if the lack of color is due to the fact that it has been sitting in the fridge. I'd like to ask some aged sake lovers what they think of this 🤔.

Kifeng Tsuru's Challenge Sake Pongee Series This is the first time I purchased this product😊. I saw it at Takashimaya but held off and bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop 😁. It seems to be made with prolific yeast. I think the sake level was pretty negative 🤔. It smells and drinks like green apple as it says on the label. The low alcohol content and gentle mouthfeel makes it easy to drink. Seemed to have a slight gassy feeling as well. The label looks expensive, but it is reasonably priced at about 1600 yen. Is it because it's made with out of quality rice?
