The wine has a crisp, dry feeling immediately after consumption, perhaps due to the acidity, but the transparency that quickly slips away is true to the Schiottol name.
It is clear and light, but not at all bland.

As I continue to drink it, I find myself in the mood to pair it with something sweet, as it is quite acidic.
