I sometimes drink Toyooka, but never Kamito. I tend to shy away from it, but it's been a while since I've tried it.
It's a little crisp and sharp, but it's also very sweet. It didn't have the swooshiness I was expecting, but it still had a good amount of gas.
It is softer after letting it sit for a bit.
Since Toyooka is so good, there's no reason why the mainstream Kandori can't be as good, but for some reason it's hard to get your hands on this local sake. This one was delicious. It was a bit expensive, but...
