Bottom of the bottle. Green apples and white flowers. Juicy with! Light syrup, fruity-sweet. Fresh acidity. Slightly chemical and cotton candy flavor. Milky rice flavor from the first sip. Moderately light and summery texture from start to finish. 4/5 stars for my taste.

The syrup is thick and sweet. After a short pause, it has a strong mirin-like flavor, It also has a green flavor like kiwi. The pork feet boiled in a strong flavored broth went well with it. Sake from Wakayama is said to be very robust. Degree of liking ☆3/5
