☆☆☆☆☆ They don't have labels from the beginning. It has sweetness and good acidity. It has a rather firm umami, but the lingering aftertaste is light and disappears quickly. It's delicious, but I think it would be best if it had some lingering umami.

☆☆☆☆☆ Slightly stronger acidity. Not much sweetness? It seems to spread a bit in the aftertaste. First drink after exercise. I drank it right away.

☆☆☆☆☆ It has a messy or complex taste in the mouth and is sharp and dry, but quickly turns into a clean, watery aftertaste. I think this is the first Hakkaisan I've had since I got into sake.

☆☆☆☆☆ It has a rather light impression. The sweetness and acidity drain away through the aftertaste, though you don't get much of the matured feeling of autumn sake. I think the flavor changes slightly with food.

☆☆☆☆☆ Comparison of Koganezawa and Urakasumi Urakasumi has a more intense aroma and a little more sharpness. Koganezawa is a little more languid, but I think it's more beautiful and easier to drink. Both are delicious!
