Ahh Kore Kore. Crisp and dry just like the name. But I wonder if it's the fresh acidity that makes it feel spicy. It can be drunk cold and crisp, but the aftertaste is rather sweet and tasty.
I think it is delicious and refreshing to drink with a sense of shwakiness.
Seeking a dry sake from a dry sake discussion. Personally, I find a large percentage of Shizuoka sake to be dry, so I chose Kaiun.
Perhaps it is because it is a summer sake, but it is drinkable without feeling as sharp as I expected. Does it feel a little sharp?

This was served to us by the owner during a discussion about how most sake that claim to be dry don't seem dry. It is an ultimate refreshing sake with the goodness of Yamada-Nishiki reduced. The impression is that it is a refreshing sake.
Dry, but dry? It's easy to drink and refreshing for a Daisekkei. I was expecting a crisp Daisekkei, but maybe it feels refreshing because it's a Daiginjo? It's just as good as usual.
Gentle dry feeling. Slightly aged aroma and taste. It doesn't have a modern feel, but it's a good enough sake to drink with food. It was delicious.
Slightly sour and moderately sweet. It's sweet, but it's a refreshing sweetness, or rather, a sweetness that doesn't linger, so you can drink it refreshingly on a hot day. Well, it is delicious.
No label. Not a sweet or spicy Daishinshu, but a sour Daishinshu (not the sour kind). This may be the first Daishinshu of this type.
It is hot today, so this level of sourness is also tasty.
ぎゃばんSlightly sour and refreshingly tasty.
The taste is somewhat bitter, probably because your mouth is still tasting the protein. The mouthfeel is soft and refreshing too, but the bitterness feeling lingers until the aftertaste. Well, it's like a summer sake.
Ah, the delicious ones. The kind you drink up quickly. It's a good food wine.
Strawberries. Harder to tell than bananas or something, but if you say strawberry, strawberry it is.
The sake-like taste is definitely strawberry.
Not the sweet and tart ones of today, but the ones with a little sourness and a plain taste. It's the kind that makes you wonder whether to put condensed milk on it or not.
Easy to drink. Didn't leave a particularly strong impression of anything, but it kind of disappeared quickly.
Delicious.
Crisp and dry. It seems more tangy and carbonated than dry. I wonder if there is some sweetness to it.
It's more of a tangy acidic than a dry sake.
They don't have labels from the beginning.
It has sweetness and good acidity. It has a rather firm umami, but the lingering aftertaste is light and disappears quickly.
It's delicious, but I think it would be best if it had some lingering umami.

Slightly stronger acidity. Not much sweetness? It seems to spread a bit in the aftertaste.
First drink after exercise. I drank it right away.
It's a rather refreshing sake with a hint of umami.
A refreshing amazake. Not too sweet and tasty. jozan
Sake with a clean, gentle acidity and a hint of sweetness. It is a very clear and delicious sake with a refreshing taste.
It has a messy or complex taste in the mouth and is sharp and dry, but quickly turns into a clean, watery aftertaste. I think this is the first Hakkaisan I've had since I got into sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
