It has a strong gaseous taste.
Slightly melon and apple aroma
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, a full rice flavor and mild sweetness, with a soft acidity and a gassy feeling, spreading out with a pizzazz, and a slightly assertive bitterness.
The aroma is mild, and the umami and sweetness of the rice can be felt, and the acidity, gasiness, and slight bitterness make it all come together nicely.
Mellowing with each passing day.
It went well with homemade Bolognese. It went well with the Donbei flavor comparison.
Donbei: East, West, South, North and South
East: Strong soy sauce and bonito broth
West Mainly dashi flavor and soft
South The fishy aroma is the strongest
North: Soy sauce and kombu dashi are strong and the sweetest
In order of preference: West, South, North, East (wife also in the same order)
My wife and I played a game of dashi soup stock, and neither of us got it wrong (the flavors are so distinctive).
While curing a whetstone given to me as a gift from a friend in Kyoto at Kashu, I also took a picture of a photography stand. ジェイ&ノビィHi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
Yoohee, you also have a nigori festival, and when I see this photo of the snowy landscape, I think for a moment that it's ⁉️ spring ☘️ 🤔😆.
Homemade bolognese would be perfect 😋! しんくんGood morning 😃Hirotogawa nigori, I'm so excited 🤤It's interesting to compare udonbei tastes: ❗️ Maybe I'm a dashi type too 👍 Masaaki SapporoShin-kun, good morning 😃Hirotogawa nigori is very popular here too and if you don't go to the store right after it goes on sale, it will be sold out😅I prefer this one to jizin nigori ✨Donbei, each one has a different taste and it was interesting 🍜. ポンちゃんHi Masaaki Sapporo 🦉.
I see that you ate all of them 😆Masaaki's palate is great, but I'm surprised that there is a clear difference 😳and that you and your wife have the same tastes 👍💕. Masaaki SapporoThanks for your comment, Pon-chan 😀 Recently Maruchan Red Fox also released a series of different national flavors, so I bought some, I have a feeling I'm going to be bored with this kind of udon for a while 😅. When opened
Almost no gas feeling
Slight melon and rice malt overtones
The same fruity aroma as the topping, moderate sweetness and firm rice umami spreads with fine acidity, and the spiciness and slight bitterness of the alcohol makes it finish crisply with a lingering umami aftertaste.
This sake is well-balanced with the umami of the rice at the center, giving it a solid impression. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
After the second day, the sense of alcohol softens and it becomes mellower. Instead, a slightly bitter taste emerges.
It went well with millefeuille nabe of pork belly with mushrooms, medium fatty tuna, 398 yen snow crab, and Kora sake.
It also went well with tonkatsu (pork cutlet) and fried shrimp.
The next morning, our cherry blossoms, which we had sheltered for the winter, were in bloom, so we could enjoy hanami-sake for a while. ellieGood evening Masaaki 😁.
As a Shizuoka person, I highly recommend Kaiun 👌I think this sake shows that Shizuoka is not only about Isoboast 🧐.
I'm going on a business trip to Sapporo next week 🛩️ and will aim to visit the sake shop you just told me about! Masaaki SapporoGood evening, ellie! I haven't had the Isojiman yet, but I enjoyed the Kaiun so I'd like to try another kind sometime soon 🍶It's still below freezing in the morning and evening, so the snow melting in the afternoon will be slippery, so take care and have a good sake ✨. ヤスベェHi Masaaki Sapporo 😀
I'm about to complete my second round of Japan and I thought Iso boast of Shizuoka Prefecture where I haven't had a drink yet, but I'd like to find Kaiun-san😇. Masaaki SapporoYasbay, some people guessed Kaiun and it was delicious 🍶I'm looking forward to day 2 and beyond ✨Isojumo, I want to try it because it has a good reputation but it's a hard brand to find here 😅. ポンちゃんMasaaki Sapporo-san Hi 🐦.
Kaiun It's delicious and goes well with food. ❣️ I haven't had it at home yet, so I'd like to drink it slowly 😊.
Spring has come to your room 🌸 Masaaki SapporoHi Pon! I can't wait to see how day 2 goes tonight 🍶It's spring all year round in my head, but it looks like we'll be seeing cherry blossoms for a while ✨. Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (8.5 points for wife)

No gassy feeling
Slight strawberry, grape and rice malt overtones
The same slightly fruity aroma as the topping, mild sweetness and umami of rice spread sizzlingly with light sourness like apples, and it is quickly quenched with a moderate bitterness and the dryness of alcohol.
Gently balanced and lush, it goes well with meals and is refreshingly delicious on its own.
It went well with Nakatsu fried chicken and octopus head pancakes.
It was subtle with Beard Papa's luxurious strawberry eclair puffs.
It also went well with grilled hyuganatsu saba (mackerel) and stir-fried vegetables.
It also went well with 7-Eleven's dark green tea moco. コタローHi Masaaki Sapporo, nice to meet you! I've been admiring your reviews as well as your photos every time I visit your home ✨It's wonderful that you have so many beautiful views around your home ❄️ I'm also curious about the wakanami, it looks delicious😊. Masaaki SapporoThanks again, Kotaro 👍📷This is the factory of Fukuyama Brewery in Higashi Ward, which is the warehouse of Tomoe Soy Sauce. I also took a picture of Tedorigawa here but haven't been able to drink it yet😅Wakanami, it was delicious last time and this time too ✨. ぶんずUnfortunately, I had to go on a business trip on Christmas Day.
Christmas 🎄 early with my family.
I found it at Yamasho's in Susukino.
And after a long time, "Sasasamune
It's "Aizan" in overlap.
It is a little sweet, but it goes well with grilled whole chicken and sushi.
It is a good sake to accompany and complement grilled whole chicken and sushi.
It is a good sake.
It is clean and crisp, a good choice.
thanks Yamasho Sake Shop (Sapporo:Susukino) ポンちゃんHello Bunzu-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I love the cute tree with wooden ornaments and the red labeled liquor is so Xmas ✨🎄🎅. ぶんずThank you, Ponchan 😊.
There is a hole in the tree so that the ornament can be replaced.
My wife is looking forward to it every year.

A little bit gassy
It has a green melon-like finish.
Aroma of rice malt mixed with a fruity top-up and the same aroma,
The modest sweetness and full umami of rice spreads with citrus-like acidity, and is quickly quenched with a hint of bitterness.
It is fresh and well-balanced, but also has a slightly hard impression. It can be served with a meal or on its own.
On the second day, the gaseous sensation subsides and the wine becomes mellower and sweeter.
It is good with lemon steak on top of a bowl of rice (the second time in Sasebo), or with buta-ae (a sauce made with pork and vegetables).
(The! DASH! DASH! It is a miso-flavored dish made with octopus and eggplant instead of pork, but it was a big hit.
It also went well with kombujime saba (mackerel grilled with salt), ginger-grilled pork, and Shimura Ken's favorite dish of sauteed spinach with half-boiled egg and bacon at the teppanyaki restaurant "San to Ju" in Azabu Juban.
Over the weekend, I made my own photographic stand for on the snow (I made the middle section snowshoe-chic) 🪚. ポンちゃんGood morning, Masaaki Sapporo ☀☀☀☀!
I've been drinking with you since last night 😳‼️ your photos are always beautiful, but even more so 👍✨I like the one on the top right 😆💕. Masaaki SapporoGood morning, Pon 🌞.
I just cut and paste and finally apply some floor wax 🪚The beer on the top right is mostly for my wife 😁. MayukoHi Masaki Sapporo, nice to meet you ☺️. The sake shot on the table with the background outside is very nice 💓. I can feel your love for sake ❤️ 😆The food looks really delicious too ❣️ Masaaki SapporoMayuko, thank you as always 👍For the past year or so, thanks in part to Sake no Wawa, I've been addicted to sake drinking comparisons 😁 📷, etc., some say I just have a lot of free time (lol). ぶんずToday's accompaniment is Wakanami.
Love at first sight of the label?
It's so nice, it's so good!
Soft sweetness, quick and sharp!
It was worth the trip to Susukino, wasn't it?

Slightly Japanese pear-like top note
The same aroma as the topping, the full flavor of rice, and the soft sweetness spread over the clean acidity and slight bitterness, and are quickly quenched by the mild spiciness of the alcohol.
The aroma quickly fades, the umami comes in, and the sweetness and bitterness extend, making it easy to drink without feeling too spicy. It is better to drink with a meal than by itself.
It goes well with bonito tataki from Kagoshima, yellowtail with sudachi salt from Kagoshima, stir-fried eggplant and pork from the veranda, and pork miso soup with ginger.
It also went well with cod garlic pasta. Masaaki Sapporo9 points (wife: 8 points)

Slightly sweet white grape-like top note.
The same fruity and discreet aroma, soft sweetness, and mild rice flavor as on the top rise, with a little acidity, spreads out in a whiff, and the slight spiciness and bitterness of the alcohol leaves a lingering sweet and tasty aftertaste, and it finishes quickly.
It is delicate, well-balanced and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness, so it goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own.
It went well with my own Kuroge beef yakiniku donburi (garlic lemon soy sauce flavored) and the Hanasaki crab I purchased for 200 yen.
It went well with the Shizuoka eel I purchased with my JAL miles, boiled Hokkaido whelk with salt, and Buccolori salad. Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (wife: 7.5 points)

When the bottle is opened, there is a puffon.
Moderate gassiness
Slight green apple-like top note with sweetness
The aroma is not so flashy as to be called fruity, but it has the same aroma as the top-rise, and the full flavor of rice and moderate sweetness spreads with a gentle acidity.
There is nothing sharp about it, and it is well-balanced and deeply delicious. Can be served as a mealtime drink or on its own.
Goes well with Nagasaki chanpon and Fukuoka bite-sized gyoza.

Sweet melon-like aroma
The fruity and gorgeous aroma on the first sip, the rather firm sweetness, and the soft umami of the rice spread out, with a moderate acidity and a slight bitterness, leaving a sweet aftertaste that quickly fades away.
On the second day, the sizzling sweetness and umami are pleasant, as if it has become accustomed to the taste.
It is gorgeous and sweet, so it is more of a stand-alone sake than a food sake.
It went well with garlic-garlic grilled Miyaji pork with lemon and pickled onion (my wife's favorite dish as a child), and leek with yolk on top.
It went well with a very spicy green curry (based on a paste from Kaldi's paper packets) with chicken, eringi mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and kikurage mushrooms.
Cherry blossom bonsai is nearing full bloom and we are having hanami-sake again tonight! KabGood evening, Masaaki Sapporo-san 🌠.
Actually, the liquor store I went to today had both Natsu-Gin and Momo-iro-Nigori on sale, and after a bit of hesitation I bought the Momo-iro-Nigori 😅.
Oze no Yukidoke is a very cosy and fun to compare 🍑. Masaaki SapporoKab-san Let's take care of each other's refrigerator problem in the coming season. ふとくぼ🔰Gutsy capsicum aroma. The palate is smooth and crisp with a hint of apple. It is sweet, but the overwhelming sense of transparency makes it disappear like melting snow. It has the atmosphere of a fire-aged jun-dai rather than a nama-shu, but it is still a nama-shu. It is strange. It is delicious.
🕺🕺🕺🕺 yNoguHome drinking. The aroma and gorgeousness are restrained. It is a mild sake with a delicious taste of rice.
ALC 15 degrees. 65% polished rice. yNogu○Drinking at home. The taste is a complex fusion of umami and bitterness with a subtle aroma. It has a subtle sense of gas. It is a good sake for general use as a food sake.
ALC 16 degrees, 60% polished rice. yNogu○Drinking at home. Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a fruity aroma and a slight effervescence. The restrained flavor is clean and easy to drink. Fresh and clear.

The first time to drink Hokkaido. The rest are from 3 prefectures. KotaroIt's been a long time coming! I got the nigori that you recommended✨.
Slowly and carefully open the bottle❤️The swooshing sound is so pleasant!
The sweetness, umami, and bitterness are well-balanced and too good to be true! It's so good! I drank it in the blink of an eye...
This year, I worked hard to make osechi, and roast beef and kelp rolls were all successful and happy year-end.
I'll be back next year 🍀. gishi_yamaBefore the end of spring in Hokkaido, Four Seasons Spring Usu-Nigori ✨When you first open the bottle, the taste is reminiscent of light carbonation, with a sweet aftertaste that traverses the tongue quickly. I've heard that it's best to drink it with a little soda water, but even straight up it's like juice. It's a fun way to get drunk at a cherry blossom viewing party🌸 KotaroIt was a beautiful day and we took a walk to the liquor store.
I was in the mood for sashimi today, so I wanted to get some sake from Okayama to go with my hot sake ✨.
It's made from Akaban Omachi rice, and the price is surprisingly reasonable!
It's good to have a good, affordable sake for everyday drinking!
It's thick, rich, and full of flavor!
It's delicious!
The acidity in the back end is powerful, but not overpowering.
It's also delicious as it cools down from a lukewarm temperature!
Sashimi, grilled chicken wings, and fried potatoes.
It was great!
By the way, I went to see the supermoon but I couldn't see it at all 😭. KotaroI feel like drinking hot sake today!
So I've decided to have a Yukinokayasha Yamahai Junmai✨.
The flavor of the rice spreads quickly and crisply!
Great sake at a reasonable price!
It has a nice sourness and fullness that is very tasty!
I drink it every night and it's easy on the wallet...
I ❤️ the freshly harvested turnips as sashimi, boiled and soaked eggplant, sea urchin sashimi, tuna and yamakake!
I love it!
The best! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
