No positive pressure when opened.
No gassy feeling.
Slightly sweet white grape-like top note.
The same fruity and discreet aroma, soft sweetness, and mild rice flavor as on the top rise, with a little acidity, spreads out in a whiff, and the slight spiciness and bitterness of the alcohol leaves a lingering sweet and tasty aftertaste, and it finishes quickly.
It is delicate, well-balanced and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness, so it goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own.
It went well with my own Kuroge beef yakiniku donburi (garlic lemon soy sauce flavored) and the Hanasaki crab I purchased for 200 yen.
It went well with the Shizuoka eel I purchased with my JAL miles, boiled Hokkaido whelk with salt, and Buccolori salad.
