Gutsy capsicum aroma. The palate is smooth and crisp with a hint of apple. It is sweet, but the overwhelming sense of transparency makes it disappear like melting snow. It has the atmosphere of a fire-aged jun-dai rather than a nama-shu, but it is still a nama-shu. It is strange. It is delicious.
