Slightly melon and apple aroma
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, a full rice flavor and mild sweetness, with a soft acidity and a gassy feeling, spreading out with a pizzazz, and a slightly assertive bitterness.
The aroma is mild, and the umami and sweetness of the rice can be felt, and the acidity, gasiness, and slight bitterness make it all come together nicely.
Mellowing with each passing day.
It went well with homemade Bolognese. It went well with the Donbei flavor comparison.
Donbei: East, West, South, North and South
East: Strong soy sauce and bonito broth
West Mainly dashi flavor and soft
South The fishy aroma is the strongest
North: Soy sauce and kombu dashi are strong and the sweetest
In order of preference: West, South, North, East (wife also in the same order)
