Sweet melon-like aroma
The fruity and gorgeous aroma on the first sip, the rather firm sweetness, and the soft umami of the rice spread out, with a moderate acidity and a slight bitterness, leaving a sweet aftertaste that quickly fades away.
On the second day, the sizzling sweetness and umami are pleasant, as if it has become accustomed to the taste.
It is gorgeous and sweet, so it is more of a stand-alone sake than a food sake.
It went well with garlic-garlic grilled Miyaji pork with lemon and pickled onion (my wife's favorite dish as a child), and leek with yolk on top.
It went well with a very spicy green curry (based on a paste from Kaldi's paper packets) with chicken, eringi mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and kikurage mushrooms.
Cherry blossom bonsai is nearing full bloom and we are having hanami-sake again tonight!

Kab
Good evening, Masaaki Sapporo-san 🌠.
Actually, the liquor store I went to today had both Natsu-Gin and Momo-iro-Nigori on sale, and after a bit of hesitation I bought the Momo-iro-Nigori 😅.
Oze no Yukidoke is a very cosy and fun to compare 🍑.
