I like it very much! It's moderately sweet, but very tart and very fresh! This is a sake I would definitely drink again.

Before the end of spring in Hokkaido, Four Seasons Spring Usu-Nigori ✨When you first open the bottle, the taste is reminiscent of light carbonation, with a sweet aftertaste that traverses the tongue quickly. I've heard that it's best to drink it with a little soda water, but even straight up it's like juice. It's a fun way to get drunk at a cherry blossom viewing party🌸
