Birthday eve😇
Today we opened a bottle of 65/13 by Tanaka Rokugo 😀.
Actually, this sake is the one I was allowed to drink on my birthday last year😇
Starting with last year's birthday and ending with the day before this year's birthday 😀.
I've had a lot of Tanaka Rokuugo over the past year at home and out for drinks, and this 65/13 is my favorite of all the Tanaka Rokuugo sakes 😇.
Of course, it could be said that memories are part of the taste 🙆🙆
I'm glad that sake is gradually becoming part of my memories 😇.
By the way, there is a brewery, Shiraito Shuzo, in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where the current morning drama is set, and they brew this sake using Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima 😀.
Whenever I watch the morning drama and see Yui riding her bicycle through the rice paddies, I am always impressed by the fact that the sake was brewed in such a beautiful place with Yamada Nishiki grown in such a beautiful place😇.
