Purchased at a Japanese sake festival. The sake brewer himself calls it a "perverted sake" with a sake degree of -53 and an acidity of 4.3 😁. The aroma is like ripe vinegar and it's not even sake 🤣. But when you drink it, you will be overwhelmed by the rich sweetness with sourness. It is a little bit peculiar. It's a little bit peculiar, but when I drink it at home, it's very high in perverted sake 🤣. It's also delicious with soda 😋. I think it's just right around Mizuhashi Special II when I drink it again 🙄.

Hi bouken 😃 The name sounds like something I'd like the Japanese Olympic team to drink 😄but I'm not sure the country would be good enough for a kinky drink🍶😅No! Maybe the kusei sake would win more medals🏅😆.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃. Between you and me, this was the sake I wanted to buy at the Japanese sake festival from the beginning 😅. It's pretty sweet but I felt the quirkiness outweighed the sweetness 🤣.

The 8th Japanese sake festival at Osaka Bay Tower⑳ We went to Nanasho for the last time. We drank Daiginjo Ginka Polishing ratio 49%, Miyamanishiki, Sake meter value +2, 3080 yen Brilliantly fruity and super delicious! Junmai Ginjo Genshu Suzumishu Polishing ratio 59% Miyamanishiki Sake-Grade -16 I think this one was sweet too, but I don't remember much... Kiso Yoshinaka Special Junmai Polishing ratio 60%, Ginfuki Sake Brix -16, 2000 yen Low alcohol (13% alcohol), Nagano R yeast used. Kiso Yoshinaka is a challenge sake, and the specs change every year, according to the traveling SAKE. Maybe I like it sweeter than the one I had at the traveling SAKE. I still like many types of Nanasho😋. This is the end of the Japanese Sake festival, but there is more to come😅

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival in Osaka Bay Tower (⑲) Oumon is only available in the Kansai region from Niigata. The staff was not present at the booth, so Uma-san brought in some sake for us. Polishing ratio 50%, Koshi-tanrei, Sake degree -10, 3,500 yen I guess this is a fire-brewed version of the nama sake we had before. When I drank it, it was labeled as Junmai Ginjo even though it had 50% polished rice. I have the impression that the price was high as well. I don't remember much about this sake, but I remember it being fruity.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑱. I was going to go through, but there was a summer sake I'd never seen before, so I drank it. Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki Sake degree +2 It has a refreshing, cool, muscat-like taste, just like a summer sake. I keep regretting that I missed out on buying Kame-no-o for Taido 😿. The second photo shows a guest near the Teisho booth. 2024 Miss SAKE Hyogo's Haruka Ae!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑰ Daimon Sake Brewery, which I rarely drink because I see them so often. I drank Katanogahara Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake Polishing ratio 50%, Sake meter value +2, using rice grown in Katano I think it was quite tasty and had a sweetness to it. Natsu Ginjo Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki Sake meter value +3 Was it refreshing? Not very impressive. I don't remember much about it, so I can buy it and find out, but I've bought some sake from Daimon Sake Brewery, but I don't have a good impression of it...

Hard but sweet and delicious. I drank it without knowing the price😅. The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑮ Teisho, which I have avoided because of its dry image after drinking it several times. I drank Teimatsu PREMIUM Akaban Omachi Junmai Namaeshu Polishing ratio 80%, Sake meter value +7 Hard and minerally. Hosho Akaban Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Polishing ratio 48%, Sake meter value +5 This sake was not on the list. I think it was quite fruity and sweet. President's Sake: Namaigin Namaiginjo-Shu Polishing ratio 60% Sai-no-Kizuna Sake meter value +3.5 This is another sake that was not on the list. I don't know this one at all 😳 Sake was clear and fruity. I think it was fruity. They brought several sakes that were not on the list, so I got the impression that there were a lot of sakes. There was also a keg draft that I was curious about but it was an extra charge so I didn't try it.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑭ Time is running out, so let's run around! We decided to pick up and drink only one type of sake here. Polishing ratio 55%, Sake degree +2 Not so good warm, but it tasted good when it was cold. Second one, I think it's because I posted Sakura Uzumaki, but the recommendations are all Ehime sake, and I don't know anything about Kofuji or Kaze no Sato 😳.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑬ The Sasanogawa Sake Brewery is not very familiar to me. It seems to be a brewery associated with Ichiro's Malt. See wikipedia if you are interested. I drank Yamazakura Special Junmai Polishing ratio 58%, Yume no Kou, Utsukushima Yume Yeast Slightly spicy and refreshing Fukunoka Junmai Ginjo Fu Polishing ratio 58%. Smoky. A little bitter. Shunkoshu Shuhou Daiginjo-Nama-genshu Polishing ratio 40% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Nama-nazake (raw sake) that needs to be frozen. Sweet and fruity and delicious. Shunkoshu Junmai Nigori Nama-zake No photo. This one was purchased before the Japanese Sake festival and will be posted separately.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑫ The impression of drinking Nama-sake and Hiyoroshi sake was very good at the Goshogei. According to the brewery, only products handled by the Japan Famous Sake Brewers Association are available in Kansai. I drank Junmai Ginjo Summer Nama Sake Polishing ratio 55%, Sake meter -1 The rice is Hitanishiki. Slightly effervescent, refreshingly juicy and delicious, just as it was when I drank it before. Junmai Ginjo Omachi Polishing ratio 50%, Sake meter -4 Sweet and delicious with a strong umami flavor. I meant to buy it but forgot 😭 Junmai Ginjo Fukumaru Polishing ratio 55%. It's refreshing but also sweet and tasty! All delicious 😋! The person holding the bottle of Fukumaru is the next brewer!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower (11) Fusashimaya, which was not announced at first, participated only on Saturday. According to Mr. Tokoro, the brewery owner, they were invited suddenly😅. We drank Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-no-Genshu Polishing ratio 45% Yamadanishiki It is gorgeous, sweet and delicious! Junmai Unrefined Nama Shu Omachi Polishing ratio 70%, white malted rice used. It has a strong acidity, but it is well-balanced without the sourness that white malted rice tends to have. Usagishin WHITE Unfiltered Nama-shu Polishing ratio 60%, Gohyakumangoku It has a gaseous feeling. I think this is also white malted rice, but I'm not sure. Blue bottle of Junmai Unfiltered Nama-nihonshu Polishing ratio 65%, Ihyakumangoku, Sake meter value +10 It seems to be a summer type sake. It is dry, but not too spicy and easy to drink. I bought and drank most of them at Icoma except for the Blue Bottle. I thought it was consistently tasty even after drinking it again!

Hi Koizo! I was wondering if there are special dealers all over the country because almost all of the Russian noodle wine kings drink it, but the brewer said that the production volume is low, so there are not many stores where you can buy it 🤔It's interesting that there is a wide range of flavor types 😋.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑨ Sake Subs, "Let's Sake" booth They seem to be using a device called "vacuum sake" to keep sake fresh, and when we were shown the inside of the device, sake in pouches was set. They said it was filled in a vacuum at the brewery. Sakura Uzumaki is also a member of the Traditional Sake Brewery group. I was impressed by their visit to Hanshin Department Store last year. I was impressed by this brewery😅. Unlike the Hida Takayama I mentioned earlier, this one is a little sweeter, a little more floral, and delicious. Maybe a little light.

They said it was filled in a vacuum at the brewery. I had never heard of Hida Takayama sake, so I asked the staff about it and they told me that it is made by the Uota Sake Brewery in Gifu. They are part of the same group of traditional sake breweries as Sakura and Ginban, and their main brand is Onikoroshi. I have never seen the Old Brewery in many places such as department stores and chain liquor stores.... The brewery is said to be the originator of the many Onikoroshi sake breweries in Japan. The official website of the brewery says it's fruity, but it's not so subtle... The taste is weak or has no characteristics.... Umaisan and Nemuchi who were going around together for a while during break time also drank this 🤔🤔🤔😅. The price card says 500 yen, but I was able to taste it for free!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑤. The other day, I had a drink at Takayuu-san. Takayuu, which I had a bad impression of the other day. I decided to try it again. I drank Shinahi Nigori Junmai Ginjo Polishing ratio 50% Gohyakumangoku I bought this at Takashimaya last year and enjoyed it. It's not on the list, but I brought it with me. Nemuchi-san seemed happy to see this one. It is still as sweet and sour as ever! Junmai Ginjo Ryo Polishing ratio 50% Yamadanishiki and Tamakae Sake degree +2 Well, lactic acidity is strong... Junmai Nigori Polishing ratio 70% Yamadanishiki, Sake meter value +8 Sake is too clear and not like Tottori... Junmai Ginjo Strong This was not on the list. This one is also quite refreshing, but with less umami.... Junmai Ginjo Kizusai Sparkling Polishing ratio 50%, Gohyaku-mangoku, Sake meter value -19 This sake was made by secondary fermentation in the bottle using wine yeast. This was the best tasting sake at the Takayuu booth! Nemuchi-san was mmm🤔 all the way through, which made me feel relieved 🤣.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ④. This is also the first time I saw Naito Brewery. I saw them selling Junmai sake at Yodobashi the other day, but it is a brand not usually seen in the Kansai region. Takeshon-san seems to have drunk it several times at Sake-no-wa. They have a store in Omotesando and it looks like they have their own building, but I wonder if they are a rich brewery. I drank Junmai Daiginjo Buryou Tougen Polishing ratio 40% Yamadanishiki It has a sweet aroma and is sweet to drink! Nijiro Junmai Ginjo Polishing ratio 55% Yumesansui Another sweet sake. Slightly sour. Princess Ginko Junmai-shu with ginkgo flower yeast Polishing ratio 60% Aichi no Kaori Sweet and tasty, but a little peculiar. This was the first time it was unveiled at this event.

I drank Mie-no-Kanbai Junmai Ginjo Summer Unpasteurized Sake Polishing ratio 60% Yamadanishiki This is a limited edition for the Japanese Sake Festival. It has a strong umami flavor. Not summery, but that's good! Junmai Ginjyo Kaminoho once-fired Polishing ratio 60 Slightly floral and a little spicy. Junmai Ginjo Dry Polishing ratio 60% Yamadanishiki It is dry but easier to drink than Kami no Ho. No sweetness at all. I think Nemuchi and I were saying that the dry version is the best.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ② Hana Shonoyo Sake Brewery I had heard of the name, but this was my first time to visit the brewery. Umaisan was staffing a booth here 😳. I guess that's why he visited this booth so many times and drank all kinds of sake 😁. I drank Sparkling Methode Rurale It was one of the first bottles, so I was able to drink it freshly opened 😋. It was sweet and sour like a cider 😋. I was allowed to drink only the lees part afterwards, but it was like adding alcohol to apple juice 🍎. ANOTHER-KURO - single-stage brewing Sour but not too sweet, just the right balance. ANOTHER-SHIRO - 40% malted rice brewing It was sweeter than Ichidan. Diving heated ginjo-chunchunchunchun It is said to be exclusively for kanning. It was also delicious at room temperature. Junmai Daiginjyo Kurauchi Hidarashi-shu 50 It was smoky just like the pamphlet said it would be. Junmai Namaisake This sake was not on the list. It was quite refreshing and less impressive than the other sakes from this brewery... I think it's also the order in which we drank them 🤔 All of this brewery's sake was Gohyakumangoku. The 4th picture is of Umaisan and the brewery of Hana Candle
