This is delicious. Melon aroma. It is soft and juicy. Sweet. Slight bitterness. I'll buy another bottle on the 24th. No more savoriness. It was subtle after a while.

Good balance of sweetness, bitterness and acidity. The acidity is not too assertive, even though I thought it might be more pronounced. Personally, I think it would be tasty even if it were more acidic, but the refreshing aftertaste will not be a problem with any dishes.
