Pon when opened
Slightly gassy
Slightly melon and white peach-like top notes
The same light aroma as the first sip, moist sweetness and soft rice flavor spread out with moderate acidity and a slight gassy feeling.
The fresh, gentle, not strong but long-lasting sweetness is impressive.
It goes well with a variety of meals and is of course delicious on its own.
It is good with Mos Burger, Roast Beef, Bhaktae with pepper (recipe from Gourmet Food for Men), Oyster Chowder (recipe from Gourmet of Solitude), Kaiwadaikon no Kombujime (kombu-jime), Sushi Yashiro no Pacri, and Hijiki (hijiki stew).
