Slightly gassy when opened
Slight melon yogurt-like top note
It has a fruity aroma like red melon, a moist sweetness, and a gentle rice flavor, which spreads with a moderate acidity like lactic acid and a slight gasiness.
The sweetness is smart and the aroma is high, but it also finishes quickly, so it is beautifully balanced and goes well with meals, and is of course delicious on its own.
It went well with grilled mackerel, soup curry using grilled mackerel, and stir-fried deep-fried tofu and leeks with sweet and spicy sauce.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 🐦.
At first I thought it would be more of a stand-alone drink, but it doesn't have much sweetness and as you said, goes well with food 😊.
Your snow pictures are beautiful enough to be used for a promotional photo ✨.
