Lots of useful little words 😊.
It felt a bit heavy, probably because I drank it after the Houou Mita.
Dry sake with a strong umami flavor.
I think it would have been better to drink it warmed 😊.
Thank you for your comment, t.arai. It is true that local sake and sake breweries are something to support. I would like to try a variety of Gunma's sake when I see it. 😊
The color is slightly yellowish, and in the mouth it has a strong umami and spiciness, without much acidity.
It is interestingly different from the previous Kanenaka's Nama Hashiroshi.
My dad's parents live in Higashine City (by the airport), so I'm a Yamagata guesser - Jyushidai is a valuable sake even for locals 💦 I like Omachi, but I'm still going back to the main brewery 〰.
Thanks for your comment 😊
I'm glad you are a Yamagata guesser 🎶.
I can't buy Jyushidai myself, so I'm impressed when I come across it at an izakaya once in a while.
I'd like to try some Omachi next time!
