Reimei is a sake made by Kinegawa in Isahaya City, Nagasaki, although some of their sake is made in Okinawa. This sake is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Isahaya City, Nagasaki. The color is a little yellowish, and the first sip is umami. The first sip is umami, and the spiciness and acidity gradually come through. It is delicious.

Lots of useful little words 😊. It felt a bit heavy, probably because I drank it after the Houou Mita. Dry sake with a strong umami flavor. I think it would have been better to drink it warmed 😊.

My dad's parents live in Higashine City (by the airport), so I'm a Yamagata guesser - Jyushidai is a valuable sake even for locals 💦 I like Omachi, but I'm still going back to the main brewery 〰.
