A historical brewery that has been in business since 1839.
It has a gorgeous aroma like pineapple! When you put it in your mouth, it is surprisingly clear and goes in easily. Gradually the acidity comes out and there is a lingering aftertaste. It is a well-balanced dry wine that does not seem to choose any meal. ☺️

I only had the knowledge that Reimei is one of the few Okinawan sake 😳I googled it and found out that Reimei Brewery was located in Nagasaki prefecture and is now Kinegawa👍.
Looks interesting dry sake with pineapple like aroma 😊.
