Yamadanishiki produced in Isahaya, Nagasaki, Polishing ratio 55 A historical brewery that has been in business since 1839. It has a gorgeous aroma like pineapple! When you put it in your mouth, it is surprisingly clear and goes in easily. Gradually the acidity comes out and there is a lingering aftertaste. It is a well-balanced dry wine that does not seem to choose any meal. ☺️

Hello everyone 😃 I only had the knowledge that Reimei is one of the few Okinawan sake 😳I googled it and found out that Reimei Brewery was located in Nagasaki prefecture and is now Kinegawa👍. Looks interesting dry sake with pineapple like aroma 😊.

Hello Jay & Nobby! Yes, it seems so 🔎 I am convinced that Okinawa Reimei was developed under a technical cooperation from the former Reimei Brewery 🔎 🙆‍♀️ It is a beautiful sake that you will never get tired of drinking ◎

Reimei is a sake made by Kinegawa in Isahaya City, Nagasaki, although some of their sake is made in Okinawa. This sake is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Isahaya City, Nagasaki. The color is a little yellowish, and the first sip is umami. The first sip is umami, and the spiciness and acidity gradually come through. It is delicious.
