Ikki left horse, KAKERU Yumenokou x Gohyakumangoku x Fukunokou A combination of three types of sake brewing rice from Fukushima Prefecture. The name "Kakeru" means "run" in Japanese. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake. In the opposite sense, it was a surprise and delicious. On the day of opening the bottle, the first aroma was banana. The nose is banana. It tastes like muscat and a little bit of cemedine. But it is not sweet. Pungent taste at the end. This is delicious. With all due respect, I was surprised because I did not expect it. Two days later The banana and cemedine taste is gone. The sharpness has become rounded. It tastes good, but I prefer it on the day the bottle was opened. I thought it would take a long time to open because of the "beware of explosion" sign, but it didn't make a sound at all, which was a letdown. Pink and yellow were also available, but they were but I got the blue one 😅😅 because I'm a sucker for limited editions! I'm not a fan of "limited edition" so I got the blue one 😅. The sake store was renewed and there were many western sake and a corner bar, so there were many people there. Semishigure was delicious, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. It tastes a little sour and greefy. It has a strong bitter taste, which is not defeated by spicy Chinese food or Chirimen Sansho. It has a strong, bitter taste.
