I Ariki Junmai Daiginjo Un no Kami
Fresh, with a gentle sweetness.
It seems to be brewed by a young brewer.
A convincing, easy-drinking sake.
Delicious.
Discreet yet fresh and fruity aroma. Tangy, pungent and acidic. Mellow and deep umami and astringency. A good sake to savor and enjoy.

The aroma is subdued. Fresh and fruity, but not overly sweet, with a dry, clean finish with a nice, tangy, gassy, acidity... Yum!

Ikki left horse, KAKERU
Yumenokou x Gohyakumangoku x Fukunokou
A combination of three types of sake brewing rice from Fukushima Prefecture.
The name "Kakeru" means "run" in Japanese.
With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake.
In the opposite sense, it was a surprise and delicious.
On the day of opening the bottle, the first aroma was banana.
The nose is banana.
It tastes like muscat and a little bit of cemedine.
But it is not sweet. Pungent taste at the end.
This is delicious.
With all due respect, I was surprised because I did not expect it.
Two days later
The banana and cemedine taste is gone.
The sharpness has become rounded.
It tastes good, but I prefer it on the day the bottle was opened.

Dear Just a Drinker
Thank you for your comment. I had had Miyakanbai at some izakaya, but this is the first time I have had one with good specs. It's delicious!

I bought it with the intention of...
The result is delicious, so it's good.
It went at room temperature. The rice flavor and sweetness was followed by a strong acidity. The impression is that it looks mild but actually has a solid core.
The impression is somewhere between classic and modern.

I thought it would take a long time to open because of the "beware of explosion" sign, but it didn't make a sound at all, which was a letdown.
It is not shwashy, but it has a raw freshness, a strong refreshing acidity, the umami sweetness of rice, and the mashiness of doburoku rice is also strong, making it suitable for a strong-flavored tsumami.
It is low-alcohol, but the sense of drinking sake is strong.
Alcohol content: 12 to 13 degrees Celsius

but I got the blue one 😅😅 because I'm a sucker for limited editions! I'm not a fan of "limited edition" so I got the blue one 😅.
The sake store was renewed and there were many western sake and a corner bar, so there were many people there.
Semishigure was delicious, so I opened the bottle with high expectations.
It tastes a little sour and greefy.
It has a strong bitter taste, which is not defeated by spicy Chinese food or Chirimen Sansho.
It has a strong, bitter taste.

Good evening Harry Sakeboy 🌇.
I see you got the limited edition Komiya Blue👍.
It is delicious with good bitterness as an element.
The color of the accompaniments and the plate is also intriguing.
Chirimen sansho on tofu, I will try it next time.
Hiraccio, good evening. I was able to get Komiya Blue 😊I went there once and it was closed so I had to take my revenge 😅The chirimen sansho is homemade by Harry who buys sansho nuts and makes them himself, I recommend it 😀.
Harry Sakeboy 🌙
Komiya Blue is delicious 🤩.
Semi shigure is also delicious, but
I think this is a one hit KO 👍
Last year's Autumn Sake was also very good 😃.
Definitely a must buy 😃.
Full-bodied with smooth acidity, it was heavy on first impression, but it goes well with a wide range of tsumami (Japanese rice wine) and is easy to drink. When drunk after the tsumami, the weight of the sake is not so heavy, and the umami of the rice can easily be felt.
