Ikki left horse, KAKERU Yumenokou x Gohyakumangoku x Fukunokou A combination of three types of sake brewing rice from Fukushima Prefecture. The name "Kakeru" means "run" in Japanese. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake. In the opposite sense, it was a surprise and delicious. On the day of opening the bottle, the first aroma was banana. The nose is banana. It tastes like muscat and a little bit of cemedine. But it is not sweet. Pungent taste at the end. This is delicious. With all due respect, I was surprised because I did not expect it. Two days later The banana and cemedine taste is gone. The sharpness has become rounded. It tastes good, but I prefer it on the day the bottle was opened.
