Even beginners can enjoy drinking it! たっつうNext is a locally brewed sake from the town of Onan in Shimane Prefecture.
This sake has a strong rice flavor typical of San'in sake, but with a moderate alcohol content of 13%, so you can feel the lightness of the sake. 🙆♂️
It was delicious. たっつうThe sixth glass was Nabari's Takihitama, which I had wanted to try.
In contrast to Toyo Bijin, it was sharp and dry.

I knew that it had a strong rice flavor and was suitable for warming up, but when I tried it cold, it was a light and tart sake that was delicious. 🙆♂️ たっつうNext is Kunifutsuru from Fuchu, Tokyo.
It is brewed at a sake brewery that has revived sake production after a 38-year absence, and I was curious about it because Yamanaka Sake Shop, which directly operates this store, has been promoting it recently.
This time it is junmai dry, but it is a very straight sake, light and sharp all the way through 🍶.
I would like to try other specs 😋. たっつうThe second glass is Taisho no Tsuru.
