アラジンThe "Sake-no-wa Kansai_Hankai Train Charter Off-line Meeting" held on August 26, 2023.
The plan was for 20 participants to bring 20 four-pack bottles and drink them all.
This is the fifth bottle of my check-in.
This sake was provided by Hirupeko.
It is "Takashi Special Junmai Omachi 60 Hi-ire" from Kawanishiya Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture.
It was also my first time to drink Takashi (Ryu)!
Kawanishiya Sake Brewery is a long-established sake brewery founded in 1897, and is now one of the leading breweries in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Released with the aim of further elevating the quality of their sake, all of their special brand "Ryu" is a limited edition.
This sake is shipped only to about 20 or so trusted sake specialty stores throughout Japan. No wonder you have never seen it 🤔.
This 2019 (R-Gen) BY brew appears to have been bottle heated & stored in a bottle enclosure for about 4 years.
I'm sorry I don't remember the appearance and aroma, but the taste was like a plump and umami swelling, then fullness after the mid-palate, and finally a gentle and smooth clean finish.
Sorry if this is totally different.
But I felt it is a good sake that shows the good points of matured sake without any unpleasant taste!

The plan was for the 20 participants to bring their own four-pack bottles and drink a total of 20 bottles.
Since the order is already suspicious from this area, this is the fourth bottle in my check-in.
This sake was provided by Aochan-san.
It is "Sogapere Efisoria Sake Naturel" from Obuse Winery in Nagano Prefecture.
A magnum bottle that breaks the rules😄.
It was obtained at the Sake-no-Wawa sake rink, and is truly a bottle appropriate for an off-line meeting!
For me, this is the first Sogape in my life!
By the way, Sogapeur ephis means "Soga-san father and son" in French, which means Soga-san father and son who brew Sogape.
Riasake naturale means "natural sake", due to the fact that it is fermented with a mixture of yeast from No. 1 to No. 6 yeast and natural fungi.
Both are as they are😄.
The aroma is discreet but fruity and gentle, reminiscent of muscat.
The texture is smooth and spreading, and the flavor is a combination of soft and gentle sweetness and acidity, which is typical of the sake's sake making process, and it is very smooth.
The aftertaste is also short.
It may have been the appearance of the wine, but it was just like a wine.

I was going to leave all the uploading of the sakes I drank at the "Sakénawa Kansai Branch Grand Off-line Meeting" to the other members, but I guess I have to review the sakes I brought by myself, right?
So, here is one of Japan's most famous "Kiwamono Sake"!
We do not reject those who come, and we do not chase those who go.
From the Terada Brewery, a right-leaning brewery that lives up to its motto, "Don't be shy, don't be shy, don't be shy!
First of all, it tastes like a milkshake.
However, the actual taste is
Grapefruit without sweetness.
As someone mentioned above, and as many others have said, the majority of the taste was pickles or pickles.
I brought my own bottle of grapefruit, but it was clearly unique among the 20 bottles brought by each of us, and to be honest, I couldn't grasp the situation, the marriage, and whether it was to be enjoyed by itself.
Next time, I would like to explore the essence of this sake a little more deeply and carefully, so I will drink it at home. ............

This was the third bottle of the project in which participants brought their own four-packs of sake and drank them all.
This sake was provided by Pon-chan.
It is Matsuo Matsunoo premium from Takahashi Sukesaku Sake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture.
It won the gold medal at the R5 National New Sake Competition.
If this is the first time for Matsuo, I think it is also the first time for me to have a gold medal winning sake from the New Sake Competition 😳.
At my age, I don't experience all these firsts in one day, so it was a tough adrenaline rush 😁.
The aroma is soft, fine and fragrant with a fruity ginjo aroma.
The texture is soft and even thick on the palate.
The sweetness and fullness of the flavor spread softly, and it was cut off with a soft acidity.
The quality of the sake is so good that even first-timers are convinced that this is what an exhibitor's sake should be like.
It was so delicious that the lingering aftertaste after drinking left me momentarily lost in thought 🥰.
Matsuo, I'll definitely buy it if I see it in the future, but it's one that I don't seem to be able to find very often, which is a problem.

It's "Kahayo Yoku Junmai Ginjyo Nao Kumi Natsurokomi Nama Nishiki [Yamada Nishiki]" from Nanyo Shuzo in Saitama Prefecture!
Finally, for the first time in my life, I was able to sip Hana-Hiyo-Yoku 😄.
As expected of Hanahyokyu, a fresh and fruity aroma wafted through the air as I was pouring it for the people around me: ☺️
There was a pineapple aroma as well as a bit more sweet lychee and white peach.
The appearance also had a slight haze like tailings.
The taste is indescribably delicious, with a very light gasiness and a mellow texture that even slightly tastes tender, with a perfect balance of fruity sweetness and acidity.
From the mid-palate, a beautiful bitterness joins in to tighten up the taste and give it a sharp edge.
It was delicious 🥰.
I hope I can come across it again.

The first toast after the train departed was, coincidentally, the "Sansho Masu Yonoshiro" that I brought with me.
Only 30 ml per person, which is a bit low...
While slightly simpler and more refreshing than the Hozu I had previously tasted, the SANDO Hozu taste was pear-like in both aroma and taste with a gaseous feel.

It's a perfect sake to drink at room temperature. It also looks good heated.
I thought it would be easy to match with meals.
