2023.8.26 Sake-no-wa Kansai_Hankai Train Charter Off-line Meeting.
The second drink following the toast.
Sake brought by Maru-san 🍶.
It's "Kahayo Yoku Junmai Ginjyo Nao Kumi Natsurokomi Nama Nishiki [Yamada Nishiki]" from Nanyo Shuzo in Saitama Prefecture!
Finally, for the first time in my life, I was able to sip Hana-Hiyo-Yoku 😄.
As expected of Hanahyokyu, a fresh and fruity aroma wafted through the air as I was pouring it for the people around me: ☺️
There was a pineapple aroma as well as a bit more sweet lychee and white peach.
The appearance also had a slight haze like tailings.
The taste is indescribably delicious, with a very light gasiness and a mellow texture that even slightly tastes tender, with a perfect balance of fruity sweetness and acidity.
From the mid-palate, a beautiful bitterness joins in to tighten up the taste and give it a sharp edge.
It was delicious 🥰.
I hope I can come across it again.

At the beginning of the party, we took turns to introduce ourselves and the drinks we brought to the party, so there was limited time to wait for each drink, and if we didn't drink quickly, the next one would come 😅.
I would like to divide the party into two parts so that we can drink more slowly 🤔.

It was a terrific event, thanks to you and everyone under Uma-Uma-Uma who planned and managed the offline meeting! Hozasu used to be called the best rice in the world, and in recent years it has been revived and cultivated in Kumamoto prefecture 🌾, which is the rice that Hananoka Sake Brewery is focusing on.
