Off-line meeting of "Sake-no-wa Kansai_Hankai Train Charter" held on August 26, 2023.
The plan was for the 20 participants to bring their own four-pack bottles and drink a total of 20 bottles.
Since the order is already suspicious from this area, this is the fourth bottle in my check-in.
This sake was provided by Aochan-san.
It is "Sogapere Efisoria Sake Naturel" from Obuse Winery in Nagano Prefecture.
A magnum bottle that breaks the rules😄.
It was obtained at the Sake-no-Wawa sake rink, and is truly a bottle appropriate for an off-line meeting!
For me, this is the first Sogape in my life!
By the way, Sogapeur ephis means "Soga-san father and son" in French, which means Soga-san father and son who brew Sogape.
Riasake naturale means "natural sake", due to the fact that it is fermented with a mixture of yeast from No. 1 to No. 6 yeast and natural fungi.
Both are as they are😄.
The aroma is discreet but fruity and gentle, reminiscent of muscat.
The texture is smooth and spreading, and the flavor is a combination of soft and gentle sweetness and acidity, which is typical of the sake's sake making process, and it is very smooth.
The aftertaste is also short.
It may have been the appearance of the wine, but it was just like a wine.
