On a recent trip to Inakura Tanada and Ueda, I took the plunge at the brewery Okazaki Shuzo. Pushing aside the stock, I opened the bottle while my son, the drinker, was still there. Gorgeous aroma, beautiful sweetness. It is the best of the year. This is Daiginjo and this is Kinmon-nishiki. I could understand the meaning of Muscat. It was gone in no time.

The other day I went to Okazaki Sake Brewery too!
Unfortunately, there was only one bottle of each type of sake per person.
but I couldn't buy the same sake.
I enjoyed my visit to Ueda.
I'm not sure when I will open the bottle I bought!

Toshi-chan. Shinshu Kamerei is delicious. I bought a bottle each from Okazaki Shuzo and a liquor store in Ueda city. I am looking forward to the repo.
