😃I was lucky enough to visit Okazaki Sake Brewery again this year 😍and I was able to get a bottle 🫶I'm so surprised to think that this is brewed by a female toji who can't drink 😅💦 I'm surprised to think that this is made by a female toji who can't drink 🤭Mitsuri-san says that she can make it without being able to drink it. No way 😆 ⁉︎ surprise 🤗.
🤗Every time I visit the brewery, I enjoy it because it is made from different rice 😋I love this brewery💕and I always enjoy it because it is a brewery that I have a special place in my heart☺️Today I had Shinshu Kamerei to end the year😍I enjoyed it very much with New Year soba noodles and sushi...juicy, fruity, but with a hint of sourness and bitterness. It is juicy and fruity, but also has a perfect acidity and bitterness that makes you roar. I really envy those who live nearby 😂I wish I could go back 😭.
