100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
The color is clear.
Not much aroma.
On the palate, it tastes like green apple🍏. It has a subtle and elegant sweetness and a gentle acidity.
The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated and slightly stimulating ✨.
Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Cool and light, yet noble 🍶.
