I was shocked when I drank Michell, so I tried the winter-only Usu Nigori Nama Genshu. When you take a sip, you can already smell the grapes. It has the mouthfeel of a fresh, slightly sparkling wine. The acidity is stronger than Michell, but the fruitiness is even stronger. Really easy to drink. I think the flavor of the rice is in the back, but if you drink it blind, it's already a wine. It's worth a try❗

This is certainly a wine 🍷 or is it a Japanese 殆? The aroma is fresh, like a white wine. From the beginning, you can feel the delicious sourness, and the sweetness of the rice is refreshing together with the sourness. At the end, the mouthfeel is like a dry sake. This is a new discovery‼️.

The aroma from the glass isn't that strong, but there is a faint green apple scent. At first the mouthfeel is fresh, like a raw sake. After that, you can feel the sweetness of the rice after the pleasant sourness. It is a little more complex than the regular Tokubetsu Junmai. The aftertaste is stable and delicious. I always think that Tasake is delicious after all🎵.
