Today is my birthday 🎁🎂 Taking care of my favorite rice wine and drinking it deliciously 🎵. The aroma is like fresh apples. Sweetness and umami of rice in the mouth. Juicy flavor and umami is typical of Tasake ✨. Today is the first time this season we're having Akinatai fish and pork miso soup. I will enjoy it paired with my favorite dishes: ❤️

Since it is not easy to buy tasake, I went to my favorite local liquor store for junmai sake, a sake with the flavor of rice. It has an aroma of rice that is typical of daiginjo. It also has a green apple-like aroma, which is probably typical of tasyu. In the mouth, you can taste sweetness and moderate acidity. It has a good balance! Tonight is cool, so I'm pairing it with nabe (hot pot) and some nukazuke pickles I bought at a long-established grocery store 🎵. I'm pairing it with nukazuke (pickles) 🎵. I think the sweetness of the sake is a very good pairing with the acidity of the sake.

I haven't had my favorite Tasake in a long time 🎵. First time drinking Tasake's MICRO BUBBLE! I thought it was a sweet drink with a slight sparkle. It is exactly as the label says, a sparkling sake. It smells just like champagne, The aroma is like champagne, and you can feel the deliciousness of the rice that is typical of Tasake, and the taste is Slightly dry and refreshing ✨. This is one you can drink a lot of. ☺️ I paired it with some crustacean that a friend gave me. Perfect marriage: ❤️ I'm looking forward to a good weekend.

At Hasegawa Sake Shop Gransta in Tokyo Station. Couldn't take a picture of the label 😵. Love the fruity aroma typical of Sentori: ❤️ It certainly has a banana-like aroma. Juicy, with just the right amount of acidity. Delicious✨ What is the right way to pair it with? I was thinking it might be good while eating grape🍇 or something.

It's been a long time since I've had my favorite rice wine 🎵. This is my first Hyakuda brand. The aroma is gorgeous, probably because it is a daiginjo. The aroma is more of the good smell of rice, rather than the green apple aroma of special junmai. The first thing that hits the palate is the umami of the rice. Soon after, there is a touch of sweetness. The taste is smooth and smooth, with a crisp finish. Tonight is summer, and it was a delicious cup to be served with hamo. ☺️

I was attracted by the "Pros Only" label. First of all, I opened the bottle carefully and cautiously. The cap was loosened and closed, little by little, loosening and closing the cap, little by little, with a sizzling sound. I thought it would be like a champagne, not a microbubbly. When poured into a glass, it was like nigori (nigori sake). When you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and fizzy. It is not a bit of a sugary nigorishu, but rather a refreshing drink. You can drink it in large gulps! Even if you are not a professional, I recommend this bottle.

My favorite Tasake's Kijoshu. I opened the bottle for the first time. The aroma is sweet from the nose. The mouthfeel is smooth. It has a sweet aroma of rice, rather than the green apple aroma that is typical of Tasake. The sweet aroma of rice comes out from the nose afterwards. It is a sweet sake, but there is no sweetness at all. It is easy to drink. Today I compared it with Yamahai. It's a delicious evening meal with oden🍢🎵.

My favorite rice wine 🍶. It's been a while since I bought a bottle 🎵. The green apple aroma that is typical of Tasake is still there. Less so than the special junmai. It has a full sweetness from the rice and a good mouthfeel. It is a well-balanced sake with just the right amount of acidity. Since it is only available in winter, it would be good to enjoy it with nabe or other dishes. I am thinking of drinking it little by little.

Started with my favorite rice wine 🍶. Gorgeous aroma. The sweetness spreads at first. The slightly carbonated mouthfeel is only possible with nama-shu. It has a rich and deep flavor. The aroma is gorgeous, just as the name "Daiginjo" implies. The sweetness of the rice is the first sensation. This is the first time I have seen a sake made from rice called "Kitashizuku. The taste is smooth and elegant. It is not dry, but has a pleasant umami taste on the palate. It is not too acidic, so it would be good with vinegared food. I feel like it's the end of the year and the beginning of the new year when I encounter sake that I don't buy everyday☺️.

Sake bought in Miyagi 🎵. The aroma is fruity, like a white wine. The sourness comes before the sweetness and it's refreshingly delicious 💕💕. It really is like champagne 🥂. The aftertaste is also very sharp and the acidity is just right, so it might be good with a meal.

At a sake bar in Shinbashi, I told them what I liked and they served it to me. I requested a sake that was gorgeous but also rich and flavorful, and this was exactly what I was looking for. I'm sure the restaurants in Shinbashi have had a hard time in the past few years, but I think it's a great strength that they are able to match the sake to your tastes and preferences like a sommelier.

My favorite rice wine 🍶. I️ didn't realize they sell it in an automatic ticket machine. I was surprised. They even gave me the lid of the cup, which is a nice idea✨. Steady deliciousness 🎵 The flavor of the rice and the fresh apple-like aroma. It has a lingering aftertaste and while it's dry, it's delicious☺️. I will enjoy it deliciously 😉.

Unique aroma that feels smoky as well. Unique! The only ingredients are rice, koji, and water. I never thought that such a difference could be found. This is a sake that makes you feel that sake is very deep. Dry and refreshing. It is a delicious sake to enjoy with food.
