At a local corner bar. It was recommended to me as I felt it was not the typical light and dry type of Niigata. It is indeed a umami type that is not light and dry, as the umami and moderate acidity push in at first. There is also a little petit freshness. The aftertaste is not sharp and dry, but refreshing due to the acidity. It was delicious✨

I've been hooked on Abe recently. When I heard at my favorite liquor store that it is shipped only once a year at this time of year, I immediately bought it. I was nervous when I saw the label warning me to open the bottle and opened the seal. The aroma is not so strong, but when I put it in my mouth, I feel a slight carbonation. It has a refreshing sweetness, but it is not too sweet, and has a sourness that is typical of Abe. The end also has a soft rice sweetness, but also a grape-like freshness. The label says that it is recommended for the mid-meal scene, but I really think it can be matched with food like a white wine. It is delicious.

My favorite rice wine Made with 100% Hana Mochi Cherry blossom label I drank it for the first time. The aroma is like green apple, which is typical of Tasake. One sip and you can taste the sweetness. It has moderate acidity and freshness. The aftertaste is sharp and has a gentle aftertaste. It is a cup that makes you realize how delicious tazake really is.

Limited Edition Extra Issue I was attracted by the label and drank it. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is a sweetness of rice and a sake-like aroma. The mouthfeel is relatively lighter and drier than expected. The freshness typical of nama-zake can be felt and it is well-balanced. It is so easy to drink that you may forget that it is a pure sake.

My favorite rice wine. The aroma is refreshing, like an apple. In the mouth, you can taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. The taste is more complex than the special junmai, with a little sourness and bitterness. As the liquor store said, it is easy to drink for a sake brewed with Yamahai. It has a mellow aftertaste and is delicious. It goes well with sashimi!
