My favorite rice wine. The aroma is refreshing, like an apple. In the mouth, you can taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. The taste is more complex than the special junmai, with a little sourness and bitterness. As the liquor store said, it is easy to drink for a sake brewed with Yamahai. It has a mellow aftertaste and is delicious. It goes well with sashimi!

It does not have any sake smell peculiar to sake. It has a fruity aroma, like muscat, and a refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is a little sweet, but also crisp. If you were told it was a white wine in the blinds, you might not even notice it. When I asked the sake shop for a juicy and fruity sake, they recommended this one. It's a new discovery, close to the "Abe" I had the other day!

New Year's bottle of my favorite Tazake 🍶. The aroma is not that spectacular, but when you take a sip, it has a fresh aroma typical of Tasake. It has an apple-like aroma, but it is also juicy. It also has a slightly fizzy texture on the tongue. The bottle also has a distinctive zodiac design that makes me want to collect it, which is my favorite ✨.

I was shocked when I drank Michell, so I tried the winter-only Usu Nigori Nama Genshu. When you take a sip, you can already smell the grapes. It has the mouthfeel of a fresh, slightly sparkling wine. The acidity is stronger than Michell, but the fruitiness is even stronger. Really easy to drink. I think the flavor of the rice is in the back, but if you drink it blind, it's already a wine. It's worth a try❗
