As always, I love Tasake✨. Today, I went to Senso-ji Temple for Hatsumode (New Year's visit to the temple) and opened the last bottle of sake 🍶. As it was the last day of the New Year's holidays, I opened a bottle 🍶. The aroma is subdued, but the first mouthfeel is Complex aroma of Yamahai. There is also a hint of green apple. It also has acidity and a slightly bitter taste. It is not rich, but rather It has a sweetness, but it is very refreshing. It is a little different from past Tazake. Maybe it is because it is the 50th anniversary bottle. It was cold tonight, so I served it with oden. Of course, it was a nice match. ☺️

Happy New Year! I look forward to working with you again this year. I was going to open a NEW YEAR bottle of Tasake at the beginning of the New Year. It has a refreshing green apple aroma and a fresh mouthfeel. And yet, you can also taste the flavor of the rice. ☺️ It has a somewhat longer aftertaste than the special junmai. New 2024 sake from my favorite Tasake 🍶. I bought it before Beaujolais Nouveau. I bought it before Beaujolais Nouveau, but drank it after Beaujolais 😅. When you put it in your mouth, sweetness is the first thing you feel. It's like the concentrated sweetness of eating good rice 🍚. After that, the usual green apple aroma. At my favorite liquor store. Abe, Takachiyo, and Brewing Forest were introduced to me sake shop, and introduced me to a distinctive junmai sake and this is the one I tried. My favorite seasonal sake from Tasake ✨ Junmai Ginjo Comet 🌠. The aroma is milder than the special junmai. The sweetness and umami of the rice in the first sip is more noticeable. I also sense a bit of green apple-like ginjo aroma. The aftertaste is lingering and clean. I thought it would be good with fish, so I paired it with sashimi tonight. I paired it with sashimi tonight.
