At my favorite liquor store. Abe, Takachiyo, and Brewing Forest were introduced to me sake shop, and introduced me to a distinctive junmai sake and this is the one I tried. The first taste on the palate is sourness, but it has a refreshing lemon-like fruitiness. But it is refreshing and fruity like lemon. It is a refreshing sake with a refreshing fruitiness like lemon. My favorite seasonal sake from Tasake ✨ Junmai Ginjo Comet 🌠. The aroma is milder than the special junmai. The sweetness and umami of the rice in the first sip is more noticeable. I also sense a bit of green apple-like ginjo aroma. The aftertaste is lingering and clean. I thought it would be good with fish, so I paired it with sashimi tonight. I paired it with sashimi tonight. I haven't had my favorite Tasake in a long time 🎵. First time drinking Tasake's MICRO BUBBLE! I thought it was a sweet drink with a slight sparkle. It is exactly as the label says, a sparkling sake. It smells just like champagne, The aroma is like champagne, and you can feel the deliciousness of the rice that is typical of Tasake, and the taste is Slightly dry and refreshing ✨.
