It was recommended to me as I felt it was not the typical light and dry type of Niigata.
It is indeed a umami type that is not light and dry, as the umami and moderate acidity push in at first.
There is also a little petit freshness.
The aftertaste is not sharp and dry, but refreshing due to the acidity.
