さとけいAt a sake bar in Shinbashi, I told them what I liked and they served it to me.
I requested a sake that was gorgeous but also rich and flavorful, and this was exactly what I was looking for.
I'm sure the restaurants in Shinbashi have had a hard time in the past few years, but I think it's a great strength that they are able to match the sake to your tastes and preferences like a sommelier.
さとけいMy favorite rice wine 🍶.
I️ didn't realize they sell it in an automatic ticket machine.
I was surprised.
They even gave me the lid of the cup, which is a nice idea✨.
Steady deliciousness 🎵
The flavor of the rice and the fresh apple-like aroma.
It has a lingering aftertaste and while it's dry, it's delicious☺️.

The aroma is not so assertive and the taste is typical of sake.
It was labeled "umakuchi," but it was dry and refreshing, and would be good with seafood.
さとけいUnique aroma that feels smoky as well.
Unique!
The only ingredients are rice, koji, and water.
I never thought that such a difference could be found.
This is a sake that makes you feel that sake is very deep.
Dry and refreshing.
It is a delicious sake to enjoy with food.
さとけいMy favorite Mutsu Hachisen.
Fresh aroma and sweetness 🎵.
The aroma is like a fruit melon.
Even people who don't like sake may find it easy to drink.
さとけいSake given to me when I stayed in Izumo🍶.
Slightly fruity aroma.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but there is also a strong rice flavor.
As indicated on the label, it is indeed light and easy to drink rather than rich.
It is light and easy to drink rather than rich.
It also has a refreshing sourness in the mouth like apples.
I thought it would go well with fish.
Paired with yellowtail and radish tonight.
It will be gone soon😅.
さとけいAt the airport on the way home ✈️.

The sake brewery of a great man in Shimane.
It makes me think about a lot of things.

The path of Japanese sake is very deep.
さとけいSake from Izumo.
It has a refreshing acidity but is very soft. Slightly sweet but refreshing.
It's been a while since I've had a sake from Shimane✨.
さとけいI bought a four-pack the other day and drank it and it was so good I bought a bottle ☺️.
The sound of opening the bottle is loud and pleasant 😁.
The aroma of Tasake is still very special, it smells like apples.
Good balance of sweetness and umami of rice 🎵.
Yamahai tastes a little more robust than the special junmai.
I can drink a lot of it from now on, but I doubt it will last long😅.
さとけいSeason for my favorite Tasake Yamahai 🎵.
I got it at my favorite liquor store☺️.
Citrusy aroma.
Compared to the special junmai, the apple aroma is not that much.

I paired it with sashimi today and it went perfectly 😃✌️.
I drank it in a stylish wine glass, but Tasake is still delicious.
If you have any recommendations for how to drink Tasake or what to eat with it, I would love to hear them.

Since we are in Mie Prefecture, we can enjoy the delicious sake of Mie to the fullest 🎵.
さとけいA distinctive sake with no label.
Unlike the gorgeous sake I usually drink, my first impression is of a robust flavor.
There is not much aroma, and in the mouth it has a thick, yet robust sake flavor.
There is a bit of sweetness, but it is dry.
I think it would go well with salted fish or karasumi.
さとけいWhen I requested a unique sake, this was recommended.
I imagined it would be very sweet, like doburoku, but it was not, and the taste was soft.
It was indeed lactic acidic flavor with a fruity aroma.
I drank it with a cup of sake, but I would like to try it on the rocks next time ☺️.
さとけいThe aroma is indeed elegant rice aroma.
It is refreshing and easy to drink.
The aftertaste is dry and crisp.
The strength of the alcohol in the original sake is not that strong, making it a delicious sake 🍶.
さとけいThe first impression on the palate is a refreshing yet delicious taste with the soft sweetness and umami of rice 🎵.
It can be paired with just about anything, and would be good as a food sake.
The acidity is also pleasant, and I realized that this is a popular sake.
