さとけいAt a sake bar in Shinbashi, I told them what I liked and they served it to me.
I requested a sake that was gorgeous but also rich and flavorful, and this was exactly what I was looking for.
I'm sure the restaurants in Shinbashi have had a hard time in the past few years, but I think it's a great strength that they are able to match the sake to your tastes and preferences like a sommelier.
