First of all, it's dry, but it's still good! In addition, it is the dry version of the Junior Series! Some customers may feel it is too sweet. Too much sweetness of rice is a charm. Akita-style cold brewing and Rokugo-yeast" is said to be the origin of modern ginjo brewing. The "ideal sake" was likened to the shape of a sea bream by the first master brewer, Mr. Tsuruta. The "Ginjo-gura" Goshono Brewery expresses the Akita tradition that has been passed down from the foundation of the company to Ren Nishiki.
