One-cup series. It is served cold at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. After a sip, you can enjoy the gentle aroma of the sake. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, but the taste of rice and a slight watery sensation come over you strongly. It has a nice sharpness, with no aftertaste, and it seems to disappear without a trace. It can be served as a mealtime sake or with Western food, as it is strong enough to stand up to strong flavors. Sake from the Echigo region has a strong core image, and today's sake maintained that image. It was a good sake today as well.

The aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of rice. The mouthfeel has a sweet watery feel and is easy to drink. In the mouth, the sweetness spreads with a firm and silky feeling. We drank it cold, but it would also be delicious warmed. If more sake is available in this size, it will be fun to try out different kinds of sake. It was another good sake today.

After a day of fishing, enjoy a relaxing drink. My first impression is that it is lady-friendly sweet water. It is very easy to drink. It is suitable as an aperitif, don't you think? It is gentle on the palate and refreshing on the throat, but has a wonderful balance of sweetness that lingers on the palate! It is sure to enliven the conversation before a meal. The third generation of the family named it after their mother and wife to express their gratitude, so it would be a good match for celebratory occasions. It was a good sake today, too.

Nama yeast, wooden vat brewing We purchased this sake at the Taketsuru Sake Brewery located in the Bikan area of Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. We received careful guidance and thought long and hard before making our purchase. I was told that the wooden barrel brewing is an old method of making sake and is not made very often nowadays. It was intriguing. As recommended, it is served lukewarm. The aroma is not so strong, so it is best to drink it lukewarm. I first took a sip of it cold before warming it up. The aroma is subdued. The color is brownish, like mirin (sweet cooking rice wine). It has a stimulating taste. I warmed it up in the microwave to 40 degrees Celsius and had it. What a great change in taste! The sweet aroma hits your nose. The aroma is still not strong. On the other hand, the taste is very strong and stimulating, from the mouthfeel to the throat. The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees. It can be enjoyed on the rocks, with water, or with hot water. If you are the type of person who can only drink dry sake, which is the latest trend, you may not like it! It may not be a favorite of those who can only drink dry sake, which is the trend nowadays, But if you can only drink dry sake, which is the trend nowadays, you may not like it. It is the season of long autumn nights. We recommend this sake with a light snack when you want to drink it slowly and in a relaxed atmosphere. It is a stubborn and delicate sake that does not lose to any kind of tsumami. It was a good sake today as well.

This is the first time I bought a jackpot of sake. I decided to buy it because of the name "Uppumbarashi". I usually only buy junmai (pure rice) sake, but the impact of the name was too much for me. I thought it would be a gentle drink that would wrap up all my pent-up anger, but it was dry as a rock. It is written on the label (etiquette?). It says so on the label (etiquette?). I was given some energy for tomorrow? It gave me energy for tomorrow. The weather feels like fall, but I had it with cold sake. The aroma is subdued. The mouthfeel is easy to drink like water, but the moment it hits your tongue, it gives you a sharp yet full stimulation that makes you feel numb. It also gives the impression of lingering a little longer in the throat. I will do my best tomorrow!

I opened a bottle of sake that I got from my parents' house at the beginning of the New Year. It tasted light, but had a core flavor. I wondered if it was a bad idea, but I decided to use it as a palate cleanser for rice with hashed meat. I thought it would lose to the hashed rice because of its gentle taste, but it did not lose at all, and its freshness made my mouth happy. It is a sake with a gentle taste, but it is also a sake with the soul of a Japanese woman who is not dyed and does not bend. There are many kinds of sake from Kyoto. Another good sake today!

I got it from my parents' house. It is served in a warm room after being exposed to the outside air and chilled to a crisp. Maybe, but I think the taste has changed since it was left at my parents' house for a little longer time, so I won't list the rating. I felt the strength of Junmai! It has been a while since I have had Fushimi sake, but it tasted sweet and had a core flavor. It was another good sake today.

The, awesome balanced standard sake! When drunk cold, it has a clean mouthfeel, but with the sweetness and stickiness typical of Junmai sake. When served lukewarm, the stickiness disappears and the aroma and sweetness mellows out! You can enjoy the different tastes of different sake at different temperatures. The brewer, Saijotsuru Sake Brewery, recommended it for hot sake, but it is also delicious cold. It was also great hot. It's a better sake than the price. It was a good sake today as well.

When we visited Kamoizumi's brewery, they recommended this new bottle, which was released from the warehouse yesterday! My wife tasted it, liked it, and immediately bought it. I bought it immediately after my wife tasted it and liked it. The aroma is strong and mild even though it is cold. It is dry, but has a slightly tangy mouthfeel with a carbonation-like stimulation. As you drink it, the acidity fades and the sweetness becomes stronger, and you can enjoy a good lingering taste in your mouth. You can enjoy the aroma and sweetness in your mouth even after it goes down your throat. I was able to enjoy this precious sake that can only be drunk at limited times. If you visit Saijo, Hiroshima Prefecture, please visit the brewery. You will have a wonderful encounter. Good sake today!

This is the second bottle in the comparison set. It has a firm mouthfeel and a lingering aftertaste. After drinking it, you can enjoy it slowly as it goes down your throat. It is too good to eat food right away. Although it is described as "super-hot," I liked it because it was dry with a lingering aftertaste in a good sense. I also like the difficult feeling. It was a good sake today as well.

Served in a set for comparison. The mouthfeel is firm but not too strong. The aftertaste is a nice aroma that quickly fades away with little lingering scent. I thought it was the best sake to drink with sashimi and elegant meals, and I personally think it is best as an aperitif or a mid-meal drink.

Purchased at a liquor store where it is kept well chilled as noted. It is served cold as it is. From the first sip, it is tingling. It is one step ahead of sparkling. It is dry, but not quite. It tastes clean, but it seems to have the effect of keeping the snacks you pick up with it on your tongue forever. It is a sake that allows you to enjoy good food all the time. It is truly a mirror of a food sake. It may win over very light foods, but I think it has a wide strike zone. You can enjoy its stimulating acidity and great mouthfeel. It was another good sake today.

It was a day when the temperature dropped dramatically after the typhoon, but I enjoyed it with cold sake. Even when served cold, the sweet aroma of rice can be felt. As the name "Dry Junmai" suggests, it is a dry sake. It has a slightly stimulating white wine-like texture on the tongue and a smooth rice sweetness at the same time. As the temperature settles down, the stimulation softens, so those who do not like stimulation can enjoy the smooth umami taste more refreshingly by drinking it chilled. It is a good sake for both aperitifs and mid-meal drinks (Japanese food, perhaps?). It is a good sake for both aperitifs and in-between-meal drinks (Japanese food?). It was a good sake today as well.

It is drunk at home on a typhoon day. The label says it is for cold, but we will drink it cold. The aroma is subdued, but when you drink it, it comes in quickly and makes a strong statement with a gusto. It is not too spicy for food, but it has a strong character that is not defeated by oil, curry, or other strong flavors. In my opinion, it is in the category of a food wine, but you may choose the side dishes you eat with it. It is a good sake for today.

The temperature is 26 degrees C. It is served hot. A friend of mine recommended it to me as his favorite sake many times, and we drank 4 gou of it. The aroma is healthy and the mouthfeel is clean, but there is a subtle umami flavor that lingers on both sides of the tongue. It has a distinctive aftertaste, and it cuts through quickly so that you can enjoy your next meal. As a mealtime sake, I think it is quite fresh. Another good sake today!

We had it at Fukumotoya, a proper kakuchi-ya in Hiroshima. The main sake here is junmai (pure rice). We had it cold. The aroma was subdued. The taste is...how should I say it? It is like a big, mature, and sure-fire big shot, coming in quickly at first, but not in a watery way, but more like a village A with a strong presence. It's like, "Oh, this is different, isn't it? This is different from the usual. The sweetness and aroma that made me think, "This is different from the usual" spread in the mouth, and just before drinking, it bloomed discreetly and disappeared with the lingering aroma of rice. It was an evening that left me deeply moved, as I could not remember ever having had a sake like this before. It was another good sake today.

It is a Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu). The label describes it as nectar. It is just as it says. It has a sweet aroma and a full flavor even though it is a junmai sake. I was a little surprised. I was surprised that a junmai sake could have such a full-bodied taste. I was surprised that it was served cold in an air-conditioned room. Even so, the aroma is quite sweet. It has a sweet aroma centering on the aroma of rice, and the taste continues in the mouth with the same impact as its image. Hiroshima sake has a wide range of aromas. It was another good sake today.

Second drink. The second glass was hot sake, as they recommended hot sake. We were served with a different boar cup, and this boar cup was also very nice. It's white porcelain, and it's already soft and slippery to the touch. I was careful to drink it carefully, as it might change my opinion of the sake. However, I reconfirmed the importance of the choice of boar cup. It is too delicious. The aroma is not too strong for a hot sake. It goes in easily, but it has a Sekiwake-like assertiveness. The color is peachy. The color is a white peach, without the sharpness of junmai, which is common in junmai, and is suitable for a seasoned butler who is a little too sexy. I'm getting drunk. Izumo's sake continues to grow. They are not to be underestimated.

I have it when I go on a business trip after a long day of standing and sweating. This is Tsubameya near Izumo City Station. I drank it cold. Even though it is cold sake, the aroma is very strong. The mouthfeel is light and has no resistance. The sweet water is coated with the sweetness of rice. It is easy to drink and the rest of the aroma is easy to dissolve. It is easy to drink, and the flavor is easy to dissolve, yet there is a lingering aroma... Is the rice strong and peculiar in a good way? It has a different taste from the Omachi of Okayama, which I enjoy. This one is more like a young girl. It soaked into my dry body. Good sake continues today.

First night in Shin-Shimonoseki. We had dinner at Fukusuke near the station. We have a limited-edition sake Junmai Daiginjo, a young lion's brew that is highly recommended. We work standing up in the intense heat. We enjoy cold sake with fried puffer fish and assorted sashimi. It is a little cloudy. The aroma has a strong rice aroma for a daiginjo. The style of drinking is to savor the flavor without any lingering aftertaste, which is typical of daiginjos, but it has a strong character. It tastes as good with fried food as it does with soy sauce. As the cold sake gradually approaches room temperature, it slowly gains strength and becomes more flavorful. It is the best sake for a mealtime drink, don't you think? It is a pity that it is a limited edition sake. Yamaguchi's sake is still very deep. We will continue to devote ourselves to it. It was another good sake today.
