It was a day when the temperature dropped dramatically after the typhoon, but I enjoyed it with cold sake. Even when served cold, the sweet aroma of rice can be felt. As the name "Dry Junmai" suggests, it is a dry sake. It has a slightly stimulating white wine-like texture on the tongue and a smooth rice sweetness at the same time. As the temperature settles down, the stimulation softens, so those who do not like stimulation can enjoy the smooth umami taste more refreshingly by drinking it chilled. It is a good sake for both aperitifs and mid-meal drinks (Japanese food, perhaps?). It is a good sake for both aperitifs and in-between-meal drinks (Japanese food?). It was a good sake today as well.
