やこぶん
This is a sake from Seki Sake Brewery Co. in Kameoka, Kyoto.
It is so popular that it seems to be selected by lottery, so I thought it would be better not to post too much, but since it tastes so good, I thought I would make it simple.
I got it from a relative's house on a hot spring day when the temperature was very different.
The taste is gentle and sweet at first, but the sweetness of rice and the strength of junmai come in the middle, leaving behind a nice aroma.
I can't stop imagining how good it would be warmed up.
Thank you again for the intoxicating time we had today.
