Only at home alone on a hot and humid night in between the rainy season. I enjoy it with cold sake. I wonder if most Hiroshima sake is smooth and silky. We have just begun to explore Hiroshima sake, but it is a taste that will excite us in the future. The aroma is subdued, the mouthfeel is soft, and it goes down your throat easily without stimulation. After that, you will feel a nice intoxication as the hot alcohol component asserts itself from your stomach. Recently, the variety of sake cups has increased, and it is wonderful to be able to drink various kinds of sake little by little. I hope that sales of cups and small bottles will be more active, and that selling sake by weight will become mainstream like it used to be. I think selling by weight would make real stores more meaningful because it can only be done through real channels and it creates conversation. It was another good drink today.

During the rainy season when the temperature is cooler, we eat unglazed chicken with a pole and eating raayu. I usually drink only junmai, but sometimes when I drink other sake I think that most junmai is peaky, or weak or strong, but I think this sake is all-around good. The aroma is subdued because it is served cold. It is a sake that goes well with both light and strong flavors. It is a sake that is not too sharp, but it is a sake that will give you a good taste. There is no lingering aftertaste, and it has a slight aftertaste and a clean taste. It has a slight lingering aftertaste and a clean, refreshing taste. I consider it to be the basic local sake of Hiroshima, but I was surprised by its high level from the start. I was surprised by its high level of quality from the start. It's amazing that it doesn't lose its flavor in any environment, even though it seems to be thin and unassertive. It is amazing that no matter what the environment, the taste is not spoiled. It is easy to drink and was a good sake today.

The second one in Hiroshima. We will have a full meal with gyoza. It is well chilled and served cold. The sweet aroma when the cap is opened is soothing. This is only my first bottle, so I don't understand it as well as I should. It is a sake from the brewery that Shiro Ozaki loved so much. I haven't read "Theatre of Life," but I can tell you that it is a sake that captures the sweet memories of one's youth. I have not read "Theatre of Life," but it is sweet and easy to swallow for me, so much so that I can recall it 20 years later. There is almost no trickle down the throat. However, the cold stimulation on the upper lip and the umami taste are great. The sweetness of the rice and the sense of being left out that you feel at the back of the middle of your tongue. The accompaniments have been changed to vinegared dishes, but despite its light flavor, this sake can be served with any strong or light flavors. Hiroshima sake is very robust. Another great sake today!

This is the first bottle after being transferred to Hiroshima Prefecture. It is served cold on a full stomach in slightly cooler temperatures. The aroma is subdued. The mouthfeel is silky and smooth, and the deliciousness gradually returns later with a soft swell. The return is also gentle, and if you don't notice it, it's okay. I thought I had to taste it carefully with the care of a kind-hearted local childhood friend. However, the alcohol content is 15%, and it appeals to me as a solid drink. It's easy to drink, and if you're in the mood for a gentle touch, it's the one that will do that to you. If you notice it, you'll probably have black circles drawn around your eyes. On the tongue, it plays just smooth, and from the throat to the back of the throat, it is firm and assertive. The way he comes to the point where there is no turning back, and then comes at you with a gusto, you feel even a strong sense of humanity. It was another good sake today.

It has been a long time since I have had it at a restaurant. The temperature is about 15 degrees Celsius, which feels like spring. I am enjoying it with well-chilled cold sake. The aroma is not so strong when served cold. It has a sweet, fruity aroma. The first impression is that of a sturdy Omachi rice. It is thick. It is one of the heaviest sake made from Omachi rice. It may be KONISHIKI. Even with strong-flavored snacks, it does not lose at all. It enhances the flavor. We had it with sashimi, broiled eel, grilled fish, and potato salad. It was another good sake today.

Kamo Midori Junmai Ginjo Ippatsu Hi-iri Toji Jinichiro Marumoto is the official name. This is the third bottle of Okayama Sake Brewery Support Group. It is a little hot, so it is served cold. It has a sweet aroma and a gentle mouthfeel. It is refreshing and feels a little sweet. I was tired, so I drank it in one gulp and didn't get to taste the first sip, which is very important. I regretted it. It is not the type that spreads horizontally, but rather spreads and wraps the flavor without forcing it to fit the person's palate. The aftertaste changes slowly. It is a thought-provoking feeling. It is a good sake that does not make a strong statement, but is well matched to the drinker's taste.

I was lured to buy it by the POP of "Support Okayama Sake Brewery". Toji Keizo Ishiai Fruit-like sweet aroma. Sweet flavor with a firm acidity. It goes down the throat nicely. For a sweet sake, the aftertaste disappears quickly. Rather than spreading out on the bottom, the flavor seems to pass right through. I think that eventually sake should be branded with the name of the toji. It would be nice if we could all discuss our favorite toji. I look forward to the future. It was another good sake today.

I love the peach drops in Kyoto, so I bought the jackets based on that impression (laughs). It's light on the palate and has a sweet aroma! It has a light mouthfeel and a sweet aroma. The aftertaste is refreshing but lingers for a long time. The aftertaste is also refreshing, but it has a long lingering aftertaste. The name "peach" was well chosen, and it is true that the aftertaste, including the sweetness, can be enjoyed for a long time. I think it would be a great accompaniment to a girl's night out with friends. If you chill it well in a thin glass container, it will be a good conversation starter, don't you think? I think it would be great as a pre-dinner drink that is smooth, sweet and refreshing. I think it would be great for home parties. It was a good drink again today.

Taisen-Shirakiku Ikarashi Junmai-shu Omachi Nanju 29BY Hire Undiluted Sake is the name. I bought it at AEON. I bought this at Aeon because of the POP. It's sweet, spicy, complex, and powerful. It seems to win over cheese! I'm having it with gyoza today, and it complements the gyoza without overshadowing it. The road from Okayama City to Takahashi City is often covered with snow at this time of the year, which makes me nervous, but it is a lovely town with good water, air, and old castles. It was a happy time to relax and enjoy a hot glass of sake while anticipating the coming spring. It has a strong flavor with a firm edge. I like it. It was a good sake for today.

Kamo Midori from Marumoto Brewery is served in Hiya. I was told that it is good for drinking during the meal, so I took it in collaboration with Mizore Nabe. The aroma is clean with a hint of rice and water. When you drink it, it is easy to take in. It's not sticky at all. Recently, I've come to the age where I feel that thick, sticky feeling is good for sake. Is it just that my drinking level has improved? It was cold outside, but the combination of hot pot and cold sake made for a great time. It was another good day of sake.

They were lined up with cups of sake, so I bought all the ones from Okayama Prefecture! The first one today is Mineno-Homare, a sake from Kurashiki. If you drink it straight out of the cup, you can taste the paper and plastic, so you have to transfer it to an oinokuchi. Since we got it as cold sake, the aroma is moderate. It is a very easy to drink sake. It's a little watery for me, and I'm afraid I could drink it without a chaser. It may be very easy to drink for women. It's very easy for women to drink. It's also very refreshing, and you can only enjoy the sweetness of the rice, not the rest. I think it's perfect for an aperitif or a light meal. It's a good start for today's sake.

It was my first time to smell it. It is served at room temperature at 6 degrees Celsius. It has a tingling texture and a powerful aroma that comes afterwards when you drink it. Rather than spreading in your mouth, it's more like a straight line! The taste of the rice will attack you. It may not be suitable for those who like the dry and smooth taste that has become popular recently. It has a strength of 20 degrees, so you will get drunk, but it is also good as a food sake because it will not be defeated by strongly flavored dishes. It was a good sake today as well.

It is chilled in the refrigerator and drunk at home. The aroma is subdued, and at first the rich sweetness spreads to the mouth, and the acidity coated with the sweetness and sweetness deepens the flavor. The sharpness is also good, not the trendy sharpness, but a clear aftertaste at the right time. I felt it had the best balance of sweetness and sweetness-killiness! It has become a candidate for a sake that I definitely want to drink as a food sake with Japanese food. This sake was given to me by a relative, and I am grateful for this new encounter. It was a good sake today as well.

In temperatures approaching 30 degrees Celsius, we chill it in the chilled room while feeling the summer. The aroma is sweet and typical of Omachi. The color is a light rice ear color. The dry taste and the gentle sweetness that is typical of Omachi coexist in perfect harmony. As an aperitif, isn't it one of the best? There are times when you get a sweet sake at a lodging facility, but It would be great if it was served at a high-class inn using Omachi rice. After it goes down your throat, you can enjoy the sweetness and aroma for a little longer. It was another good sake today!

We had it chilled on a windy, slightly chilly evening. I opened the package yesterday and drank a little bit of it cold, then warmed it up a bit. The color is a light amber, and as it claims to be aged for a long time, it is dry and refreshing, even with a robust flavor. Even with the sweetness of the rice...it's a sugary sweetness brought out by specializing in sweetness. Today, we had it with cold sake, and unlike yesterday, it has a very sweet and refreshing quality to it, and unlike yesterday, it's got a different impression, a more favorable one! You need to be careful not to drink too much. It was a good sake today as well.

I started drinking in the evening when it was lightly raining, in temperatures that felt like early summer. It is 24 degrees inside and 57% humidity. This is the brand that made me become a sake lover. I think it was a limited winter brew at that time. This time, it was my first time to try Drunken Whale, and it was very easy to drink. The aroma is modest, but it spreads in the mouth after drinking. As it passes down your throat, the sweetness of the rice disappears, leaving behind a little sweetness. It makes you want to take another sip...and it goes on forever. It's dangerous. It seems that there are various kinds of Drunken Whale, so I want to try various kinds. It was a good sake today too.

The sun is warm at noon, but we often have it chilled on a cold windy day. The aroma is subdued, but the rice flavor is strong. The taste is clean, but with a modest acidity, and the sweetness of the rice that accompanies it, it is a very agreeable taste. It is a wonderful collaboration or balance, like white fish and lemon cooked in a dish. I think it would be good as an aperitif, or as a mid-meal sake with lightly flavored dishes! It was another good sake today!

It's a very refreshing sake! We chilled it in the refrigerator and had it as a cold sake. The aroma is very subdued, and the taste is very light. It's almost like water (pardon the pun), and you can easily drink it. Rather than spreading in your mouth, you find yourself passing it down your throat. If you let your mind go, you'll find yourself gulping it down before you know it! I think it's a pattern drink! For those who don't like the smell of alcohol or the feeling it leaves in your mouth If you don't like the smell of alcohol or the feeling it leaves in your mouth, I would recommend this sake. It was another good sake today!

I couldn't resist the allure of the limited edition (57/77) at my usual liquor store. We had it after a cake dinner. The aroma is strong and the sweet smell of rice spreads when you remove the lid. After enjoying the aroma, I took a bite. Tsuyo! No, it's refreshing! Fruity! Dry! I can't wait to numb the bottom end with good acidity! It's so unique and colorful that your mouth will immediately be filled with impressions such as The aftertaste is not persistent and disappears smoothly. Is the unique taste because the sake rice is 100% Yoneshizuku Ehime? It is so unique that it is a waste to say that it is a limited product, and we want many people to drink it. It was another good sake today!
