It's written "可" and read "beshi".
According to the owner of the liquor store who recommended it to us, it is usually brewed with fire, but this is a special unpasteurized sake.
The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees, but it's so easy to drink that you can't help but drink more and more of it.

It's a blend of mead with wine to make it easier to drink.
It's like a wine on the palate, with a mead (honey) aftertaste.
