This sake was recommended and purchased during a visit to Sei Shuzo.
It is a very flighty sake.
You have to stir the sake before drinking it, but you can enjoy the progress of the aging process every time you open the lid.
The taste is very strong, and the flavor changes with each drink.
The interesting thing about this sake is that it tastes completely unmixed from the moment you open it until the end of drinking.
