I really recommend the sashimi of gasa shrimps. The richness of the sashimi is superb, and you can get the head and tail fried, so it tastes twice as good!
On the way back from a trip to Fukui.
I felt that many of the sake from Fukui are easy to drink or have a good taste.
I like to buy local delicacies at the supermarket in my destination and have a drink with them for dinner.
Heshiko sashimi from Echizen Tamuraya in Fukui, yunamaki yunami from Nikko Foods in Tochigi, and sake from Daishichi in Fukushima.
I think the Daishichi was very easy to drink as a food sake.
