I asked the owner for a recommendation and the drink was really good. I can't verbalize it yet. Sake beginner
I really recommend the sashimi of gasa shrimps. The richness of the sashimi is superb, and you can get the head and tail fried, so it tastes twice as good!

Heshiko sashimi from Echizen Tamuraya in Fukui, yunamaki yunami from Nikko Foods in Tochigi, and sake from Daishichi in Fukushima.
I think the Daishichi was very easy to drink as a food sake.
