Combined with the gasiness, it is a light overall sake that you should not drink too much of 😋 I could taste some graininess on the first day, but after the second day, the sweetness and acidity came to the forefront and I liked the taste.

This one is also full of tropical fruitiness🥭. I think it is a little more acidic than the sake Musashi, but the sweetness that rushes in afterwards and the long aftertaste are great 😋It is not easy to buy, but I would like to drink it again if I have the chance.

This is a limited edition Nabeshima sake, known as "Ura-Nabeshima," which I have been curious about for some time. The aroma is of tropical fruits, and the sweetness comes with a bang at first, followed by mellow umami and acidity from the middle to the end of the bottle, which slowly fades away with a touch of astringency. There is no gassiness, and the aftertaste is long. I have another bottle in stock, so I'll give it some time before drinking!

I was lucky enough to be able to buy a bottle of Sake Musashi from Huahiyo-yoku. The taste is a little different depending on the sake rice, but it is still a HanayoYauke. The juicy umami, rich sweetness, and refreshing aftertaste are all fused together at a high level of deliciousness 😋I would like to buy a bottle next time.

I had decided to drink this daiginjo on a special occasion, but there was no sign of it even coming, so I opened the bottle. The special junmai is delicious enough, but it has a very good balance of flavors and is light and supremely delicious 😋 It is a carefully brewed sake that deserves to be called bishu.

Daiginjo-shu made with Aomori Gin-Torikabuto. The aroma is refreshing melon🍈 and pear🍐, the mouthfeel is thick, and the umami has depth and no miscellaneous flavors. Very elegant finish and very satisfying. I would drink it again if I had the chance😋.

It was too easy to drink, and I opened the bottle while reflecting on the fact that the last time I drank it all in one night. As usual, there is no alu feeling, and the acidity is impressive, surpassing the refreshing sweetness in the schwash. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of a lactic acidic carbonated beverage, and it still goes down very well 😋 I left half of the bottle, so I am looking forward to the changes tomorrow and beyond.

Compared to the Junmai we drank earlier, it was a step above in glamour and to our liking.

Still available, spring sake. We opened a bottle of Nabeshima Blossom🌸Moon🌙. The aroma is citrusy and the mouthfeel is quite light, with a strong umami, but the lingering aftertaste is short and the bitter acidity cuts through it nicely. It has a slightly different taste from the rich type of Nabeshima, but I think it is an excellent sake that can be enjoyed on its own or with food. It is delicious 😋.

This is the first Mikotsuru I have had, a sake brewed with Yamae Nishiki. The aroma is slightly citrusy, and the taste is sweet but not cloying, and the bitterness is controlled, leaving a long, refreshing sweet aftertaste. The label is more classical, but the taste is very elegant and refined 😋.

It's been a while since I opened a bottle of Huayouyasui, and I was a little nervous. It is a fruity sweetness and acidity that reminds me of tropical fruit 🍍🥭🥭🏝️, which no longer needs explanation. There are numerous sake varieties in existence, but this flavor is unique. Once again, I realized the deliciousness of Hanayo.
