Even though I live in a country with everlasting summer, I felt a strange sense of duty to drink spring sake before it gets too hot, so I opened the bottle💦. It has a gentle sweet aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, the soft sweetness and sourness spread to your palate 😋 It is very easy to drink with a light, light, non-habitual taste. The slight sweet and sourness lasts for a while and leaves you with a happy aftertaste 😊I bought it because I liked the design, and it was a great decision. It is delicious.

This sake is brewed from Jukinmu rice, which is a rice suitable for sake brewing. It has a mild ginjo aroma and a gentle sweetness and umami flavor on the palate. The finish is slightly dry and disappears quickly, so it is excellent as a food sake 😋 It is a daiginjo-shu, as one would expect - delicious.

Slightly carbonated, very easy to drink with a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness. 15%, but I don't feel the alu feeling and the bitterness is controlled, so I think it would be suitable for those who don't like Japanese sake. Corked a bottle of Tazake with a cute label. The gorgeous aroma reminds us of spring. It has a clear and sharp taste with a firm rice flavor. As one would expect from Tasake's ginjo-shu, it is delicious 😋.

Gin Neko 2025 January lot was opened. The gas is strong, the sweetness comes to the forefront, and the alu-ness, bitterness, and astringency are quite subdued. I wanted to enjoy the changes in flavor over a few days, but it was so easy to drink that the four-pack was quickly consumed 😋 It is delicious!

Despite my true desire to try more sake I've never had, I keep coming back to Nabeshima. The freshness of the sake's unadulterated, freshness enhances the flavor of the Tokujun even more 😋. Be careful not to drink too much.

After a brief vacation, we are back in a hot as shit country 😓We quickly opened a bottle of the cool looking Kuroryu as the first bottle. The aroma is melon, and a rich sweetness spreads in the mouth. I thought for a moment that it was a little different from what I had imagined, but the spiciness came immediately and then it was gone. It is difficult to describe, but it was a sweet and delicious dry type of sake. It was so easy to drink that I almost finished the four-pack in 30 minutes. I realized later that it is 17 degrees Celsius 😅.
