I had decided to drink this daiginjo on a special occasion, but there was no sign of it even coming, so I opened the bottle. The special junmai is delicious enough, but it has a very good balance of flavors and is light and supremely delicious 😋 It is a carefully brewed sake that deserves to be called bishu.
