I haven't opened a bottle in a really long time after returning home to my parents' house! At first just the supernatant, sour, fruity and shwashy.
Then mixed with the lees and again, sweet, fruity and shwashy! I'm happy with my sake after a long time 😃.

I really wanted to try it, so I went to the brewery in Ueda.
The taste is fruity, with a crisp aftertaste and a slight gassy feeling. I think I can see why it is so popular. Delicious 😋 I'm looking forward to trying the hi-yaki one.

I actually live within walking distance of the Toshimaya Brewery, and this is the first time I've had Yamori!
It has a slightly sweet aroma, but is it a bit dry? Too bad it is not sold directly at the brewery 😢.
