I brought it to a hormone-yaki restaurant and opened a bottle. It was a very tasty sake with a pronounced sweetness. ☺️ They say a bottle costs about 12,000 yen, so it's not something you can buy casually.

Mansaku-san won for the second year in a row. A bottle brewed with a rare sake rice called Hoshiakari. It was delicious!
This is from last year, but I finally opened the bottle. It's probably for Christmas because of its color.
The sweetness of this bottle stands out. It has a long aftertaste.
I held out for this year's Shinsei Christmas type, so I opened last year's!
The fizzy feeling was still there at all and I think it took more than 10 minutes to open the bottle.
It was just the right amount of sweetness and sourness, just the way I like it☺️.
It was quite a sweet sake with a sake degree of -20. I tried warming it up, but it did not change that much. Personally, I would enjoy it at a lukewarm or higher temperature.

Opened a bottle for the W Cup match against Croatia. I didn't read the warning and left it lightly at room temperature 🥹 It gushed out beautifully. I should have taken a video of it 😂 Oh well. It's a crown so I couldn't adjust it. And the fizziness is at an all time high😇.
