I've had a lot of sake in my fridge lately, but I haven't had the urge to drink much of it, so I've been away from Sake no Wa for a while now😅.
I chose Tenmei, which I had acquired at the end of last year, for my first sake in a while.
I'm not sure what to make of it. The sweetness and the aroma through the nose is amazing. Sake is delicious😆.
When I opened the bottle, I was greeted with a pleasant popping sound, followed by a freshness that made me feel like I was biting into a freshly picked Japanese pear. It's like the profile of that girl you met for the first time in a college classroom, staring out the window..." by the neighbor's wife.
