I'll keep this in mind. Kuribayashi Sake Brewery.
Miyamanishiki R Public Registry brewed unfiltered draft
It has a pleasantly sharp taste on the nose at first, but once you drink it, you will be pleasantly surprised by a subtle shwashiness.
It has a refreshing taste of green apple. (I don't eat green apples, though.)
It was the kind of sake that makes you want to drink more of it.
Suitable for cooking. Not too sweet, not too spicy.
The meal of the day was Italian fried basil, but it also went well with it, and it was easy to drink without any peculiarities.
Dry Junmai
Clean, dry taste that goes well with meals.
I like it because it is not too spicy.
The Inazo I drank before was also good, but this one is also good with a fluffy aftertaste.
