This is my first time to see Spring Haze. And limited rice field label 🏷️
I bought a packet, and I'm glad my intuition was right.
I like the clean, fluffy taste.
The dish of the day was fried horse mackerel. It went well with the oil and I enjoyed it.

It has a pleasantly sharp taste on the nose at first, but once you drink it, you will be pleasantly surprised by a subtle shwashiness.
It has a refreshing taste of green apple. (I don't eat green apples, though.)
