Probably my first Nabeshima. The texture is a bit thick on the tongue with a surprisingly clean aftertaste. It also has a hint of sweetness from the rice. It is easy to drink, and I think I would drink it in large gulps.

Watamusume" is the first time to drink it. It is a new product made with a 50/50 split of Omachi and Saito no Shizuku sake rice. It has a fruity sweetness at first, but there is a tangy bitterness in the aftertaste that is not too strong. I think I might like this one.

I'm late uploading this again, but it's a Junmai Ginjo Momo-iro Nama from Ryuki. I bought it because I was curious about the fact that it is a peach-colored light nigori sake made with red yeast. When shaken, the whole thing turns really peachy. Interesting! It's a little too sweet for me, but I'd like to drink it during the cherry blossom season.

I have often seen Atago no Matsu brands such as "Hitonatsu no Koi" and "Sasara," but I have never had them. The one I purchased this time is a separately brewed honjozo with a manly appearance that sets it apart from the others. The price is a reasonable 1100 yen. At first, it has a sweet aroma and a mild taste. But strangely enough, it passed down the throat without a persistent aftertaste, making it easier to drink than expected 😊.

The second consecutive Musical Instrument Masamune. This time it is a Queen special junmai sake. It is an easy-drinking sake with an alcohol content of 12 degrees. The sweetness of the rice is strong, but there is a little bit of chili at the end. This is a good one that I can't stop drinking!

I bought it because I was attracted by the name "hongrimi" (meaning "full body"). What's more, this may be the first time I drink Kamikigen at home. The first taste in my mouth is the sweetness of rice. Beyond the rice, there is a hint of pineapple, banana, and other fruity flavors. It's not too strong, and the end is tangy and a little numbing. Every year, a new sake is selected for the "perfect" brewing process. The brewery selects the best sake every year and ships it under the name of "Hunmin". It is a sake that makes me want to buy it every year to see what it tastes like this year 😊.

Sakiyami's Junmai Daiginjyo Direct Kumi Namaishu Maikaze. This all-Gunma sake uses Gunma's original sake rice "Maihime" and KAZE yeast. It has a strong sense of gas and is a bit piquant in the mouth. It is sweet and fruity, but has a refreshing taste. This was a gift for my father, but I also bought the green label for home so I can enjoy the difference in taste😊.

The other day, I climbed Tateyama via Kurobe Dam from the Nagano Prefecture side. On the way back, I got a local sake in Omachi, Nagano. Its name is "Kinran Kurobe". It is brewed with glacial bamboo shoot water from the Northern Alps and rice produced in Nagano. It is brewed with rice produced in Nagano. I purchased a bottle of Makihata from Takachiyo Shuzo in Niigata when I visited Houshi Onsen the other day. I have had Takachiyo sake several times, but this was my first time to try this brand. Compared to "Takachiyo", which is fruity and sweet, this one is dry and refreshing and seems to go well with any dishes 😊. Incidentally, Makiki is named after Mt. Makiki, which is located on the border between Niigata and Gunma prefectures. Makiki-yama is a beautiful mountain that has been selected as one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan. I also do mountaineering, but I have yet to climb it, and it is one of the mountains I would like to visit😍.

Sake planned by NPO Hachipuro. They say this sake is made from brewer's rice produced in Hachioji. I bought it when I climbed Mt. It was a tasty sake, with a full-bodied, but not overpowering sweetness from the rice 🍶. Hachi-Project&TOKYO (Hachi-Puro) is a project to promote Hachioji through sake making (Takao no Tengu)! Hachioji is a town revitalization project. It's nice to feel the local love 😊.

It was my first time to try Sai Rai. The moment I put my face close to the glass, I smelled something like peach. It smells like peaches. In the mouth, it's mildly sweet😊. A little spicy at the end, but very easy to drink. It's a gorgeous sake. I will enjoy it!

First post of the new year. I've been drinking a lot of Eikoh Fuji lately. This time it's Morinokuma-san Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake. Morinokuma-san is a brand of rice, isn't it? It has a cloudy white appearance. The aroma is sweet and sour. In the mouth, it's a bit choppy, but it's very tasty. Of course I like it😊.

I had a chance to visit Akita the other day, and I bought this "Fukukomachi". It won the platinum prize and the jury prize in the junmai-shu category of the one called "Kura Master2021" held in France. The taste is thick and you can feel the sweetness of the rice. I've never had it before, but I think sake from rice-producing areas tastes better😊. It goes well with the iburi-gakkasu that I bought as well.
